Danielle walked in the kitchen and got a Mountain Dew out of the fridge. She sat down at the table, drank her Mountain Dew, while listening to everyone talk.

Matt walked into the kitchen quietly, a sleeveless black top revealing his golden wings and baggy black trousers hiding a pair of boots; listening to the conversation around him for a few moments before realising he was VERY lost.
"Limos? Beer? What on earth are you guys on ab... Wait, don't tell me that's today!"
He ran a hand through his blue hair unconciously, he had meant to go to the prom even if it was only to see what it was like, but it seemed like it had totally slipped his mind. Dammit!

"Don't worry, you can still go. Tickets are being sold at the door," Penny said and put her plate in the dish washer, "Okay, I'm off to go get ready."

Pietro walked downstairs to the kitchen, where the rest of the rabble were already out and about causing a mess. He frowned, noticing that their ranks seemed to be shrinking lately. Pyro and Jacen were barely ever around, and Noko even seemed to join the X-Men. In any case, he hadn't seen her in days, and the thought of her either leaving or switching sides filled him with both disappointment and anger. After all, if there was any was anyone who he considered more than a "means to an end", it was her. Even if they were over...
"Hey Pietro," said an unusually cheerful-sounding Lance.
"Why are you so excited?" asked Pietro.
"I caught a date with Noko. How awesome is that?"
Pietro paused for a moment. "Well, have fun being butchered by John," he said with a chuckle as he headed off to school.

"Are you sure I can do such a thing?" asked a thoughtful Wanda.
"Technically, yes. You can play with the probability fields and it's just one creative way to use them," Freya answered cheerfully while drinking her juice.
"I guess it's worth a try but I don't know if I can really do that."
"Don't start with a negative attitude. You do want revenge right? I know it's not bloody and hurtful like you would like but it's still a way to get it. Considering how manly your brother is, that should shock him for a while."
"I have a feeling that it won't bother him much. You don't know my brother," the Scarlet witch said with bitterness. She hardly believe this prank would make him pay for what he did to her but with Freya around, she couldn't get it her way. On the other hand, she was starting to think that killing her brother wouldn't really satisfy her. Maybe breaking him into pieces, throwing him in a lion's cage with meat tied on him or even torture him with Teletubbies and Carebears videos would be better than just kill him.
"Wanda," sighed Freya as a picnic table just lost a leg and made his fellow eaters fall on the ground, "Have you considered yoga?"

Inuki_Star OOC: This is why I created Freya: to keep Wanda on a leash. I thought you would prefer it that way instead of her running around, screaming "I'll kill you! I'll kill you! I'll kill you!" 0=) Besides, I think she's starting to like Freya's way of thinking. OOC: It's awesome. I'm imagining quite a few funny moments when the prom starts, considering Pietro isn't even really aware that Wanda is around at the moment. BTW, thanks for writing Wanda as something other than a submissive little weakling. That's what's happening to her in the moment with Marvel's "NEXT BIG THING", the House of M. You'll see me watching that little debacle from afar, yawning, or averting my eyes from the occassional characterization rape.

Danielle made her appearance in the kitchen after Jamie was just looking for her. Penny stepped back into the kitchen to answer Danielle's question right as Regina did.
Penny nodded, "Don't worry, if you don't have a date lined up by the time the limo's arrive, I have one for you. He's cute too."
"Oh? Okay," She seemed to kind of get lost in the whirl wind.
"Anyway, go help yourself to breakfast. The girls locker room for the next several hours is going to pretty much be beauty central... boys beware."

"Great, then that much is ready." Regina grinned at the groans from the guys. "Yes, that means that all sports are on hold until after tonight."
Penny laughed and headed back to her room. Regina tagged along, taking Dani with her. "I suck at this girlie stuff so hopefully you can lend a hand there Dani." Regina asked, sort of.
