I just read IHOP and it pleased me.
Greatly.
Anyway, to posts I missed because I was sleeping:
Yes, my version of edible is a hell of a lot different than most people's. Because I went to boarding school for the last two years of high school. On the weekends I had to be inventive unless I wanted a cheap sammich. I am not a cheap sammich kinda girl. Although my senior year they actually gave us hot meals on the weekends...
I've learned not to care about taste, much. Someone who really can't cook, and is always experimenting when she cooks, I have to deal with bad-tasting food. But I got lucky on some weekends at MSA (Mississippi School of the Arts). Sometimes my friends would order pizza and share. One of my roommates would always make sure to get one pizza specifically for me, a mushroom pizza. And if anyone else touched it without my permission, they had hell to pay.
Long post is long, I shall stop it here.
