 Zane held her hands and stared into her eyes passionately. "My love, I can't find the right words to say. But I can say one thing. This baby inside of you wouldn't be alive, if it weren't for you and I. We are making life. The ultimate form of love." He kissed her to comfort her.

Kana kissed Zane back tears rolling down her cheeks as her emotions overflowed. "This seems so unreal..." Kana whispered into Zane's chest.

Zane held her close to him. Tears fell onto Kana from Zane's eyes. "Kana I'm so happy!"

Zane suddenly went into fatherhood mode. "Kana! You should lay down! I'm not gonna let you lift a finger until this baby is born." He fluffed her pillow and carried her to the bed.

Kana giggled lightly. I won't be due for a week, I don't think a little work and a diet will hurt me..." Kana's stomach rumbled. "Don't mind that I have had my two snacks a day if I eat more I'll gain a lot of weight, us women have to stay as small as possible..."

Zane smiled and laughed. "I understand. But remember you are eating for two now." He sat next to her and sat his hand on her stomach. He smiled gently, lost in thought.

Kana's stomach rumbles again as she watched Zane as he stared at her stomach and thought, I have to make him proud...I want to..." Kana whispered to herself, "I maybe should eat..."

Zane concentrated on her. He remembered the steaming, delicious steak on the table. He brought the plate to the bed. "My love, please eat."

Kana looked at the plate, so used to eating so little. "Thats a lot Zane...I don't think I can.." She looked from Zane to her stomach then took a green bean and nibbled on it.

Zane smiled at his mate. He went to the kitchen and brought back another fork and knife. He took a bite of steak. "It truly is delicious, dear." he smiled.

"Thank you Zane..." Kana said deep in thought. "Where will we go Zane? We can't raise a child in the dorm..." Kana said with a worried whine. She got up out of the bed and ran to the bathroom and threw up into the toilet. She slid to her knees over the toilet feeling sick with anxiety.

Zane held her hair back as she threw up. "We will go to live in your village. And if that doesn't work, we'll find a way. Have I ever lied to you?" He smiled at her. He picked her up and sat down, herself still in his lap.

Kana sat on Zane's lap, so many emotions flew through her her head was spinning. She held onto Zane's hand tightly, helping to remind her that she was not alone.

Zane smiled sweetly. He took his other hand and brushed her hair with it. "Kana I know this is alot to absorb. But we knew what we were getting into to." He kissed her cheek. "Besides, how fun will it be to have a kid?"
