Jinx groaned and caught up with Throngar.

Before long, they suddenly came to a very steep slope. From a distance it looked unassailable; Throngar, however, without slowing his stride by very much began picking his way up a faint path with zig-zagged up the slope to a ridge up above them.

Throngar paused at the top of the ridge and looked back. He was perspiring somewhat now and his breathes were deeper still than before, but he still seemed fairly relaxed about the whole thing. "Come on, hurry up!" he urged her on, though really he was pleased she was keeping up as well as she was. He'd expected less of her, he had to admit.

Gorum was successfully thrown. As he neared the floor he stopped himself from hitting it by cleaving his axe into the surface of the stands, and then took it out when he'd saved himself from harm.

Gorum chuckled. "Why so ugly, Bleck?"

Gorum rolled to the side, only just a bit to barely avoid the sword, as the great sword's weight would be acting upon Xue, Gorum would give him no time to avoid his next attack as he made a mighty cleave towards Xue's side.

The elbow connected with Gorum's face, and he was dragged to the floor. Gorum's pupils diluted and he let out a blood-curdling roar. The elbow had broken Gorum's nose and caused blood to feed into his mouth. As a Berserker does when something happens like tasting his own blood, Gorum had entered a ruthless, cannibalistic Blood Rage. Gorum screamed again, using his new found strength to throw Xue off of him and onto his own back. The very instant this was done Gorum grabbed ahold of both of the Beast's jaws and would again use his strength and wrench them both opposite ways, if this worked they would instantly break. Gorum had a lot of experience doing things like this from fighting wolf-Blecks.

Well see, Xue would have been stunned and given severe tooth and head ache... because Gorum's wearing 2 inch thick dwarven made malachite armor... which is tough stuff... urm... yes...
