My very first character was Daeh Uac i still remember my first time role playing, I accidentally applied for a literate rp and it took me a day to complete the whole profile. Then when i finally started posting i got kick out for sucking at role playing.
Luckily, I started out on a private community, and as I mentioned, I was already one of the top in the state for writing exam scores.
When I look back though, my character was completely newbish. Here's just a look at either, to get a good laugh at what I used to be like:
name: Roy Faust
weapons: Broadsword, and an inner demon that fused with him when he and his brother attempted the dark arts.
bio: At a young age, Roy's village was attacked by bandits, leaving him and his younger brother Soren without a home. Not too long after, they were picked up by a blind traveler named Xangriev, and became his apprentices.
name: Soren Faust
weapons: Natural talent with black magic, and an ruthless personality.
bio: When he and Roy were training with Xangriev, there were certain books they were not allowed to touch. One day when he was on business, they read the forbidden black book, and preformed some of the spells inside of it. Though they were stopped by the reappearance of Xangriev before the ritual was completed, something was always different about Soren from that day on.
...Of course, this was written from memory, so they may have been updated slightly to match my current style.
