Unfortunately, it has recently become necessary to enhance the Aburame Jutsu set due to recent changes. (Aburame can only have one element, and no S-rank jutsu for that... emo ) As stupid as i think it is, i'd rather just try to even things up again...
I'll try and post them in small manageable clumps as they come out.

Description: The Aburame Coats his/herself in all of their bugs, and gives them a heavy helping of chakra creating a tough armor. Can stop thrown projectiles, block weaker weapons and block any jutsu under B-rank. B-rank jutsus are severely weakened. A-rank jutsus are only slightly weakened. S-ranked jutsu are unaffected. Taijutsu follows the same rules. Lasts 3 posts.

Description: The aburame places a swarm of bugs without an enemies notice. The bugs take a rough shape of whatever they are being turned into, and the user places a genjutsu over them. The bugs automatically attack to anyone enter the immediate area (1 feet from the trap). Can make them appear as twigs, rocks or any simple small objects. Can only place 4 or 5 traps max.

Name of Jutsu: Exquisite Motion of Devastation

Range of Jutsu: Melee
Jutsu's Element: None
Description: By pumping chakra into one arm, one can temporarily increase the muscular power in that arm for a single strike. The user removes their weapon from its' resting or sheathed position and strikes with incredible force and speed, before returning the weapon to its' resting position or sheath in mere seconds. Depending on the weapon used and how much of the attack hits, it can rend flesh, bone.
When the attack is loosed the air either side of the weapon blasts outwards as if the attack had split the air itself in two.
Requires no hand seals.
For clarity's sake, although like a Ninjutsu, it consumes the B-Rank chakra and types, profession and rank benefits that affect chakra cost affect this, the actual jutsu counts as a Weapon attack and receives all the benefits and detrimental effects that profession and type would allot to weapon attacks.

Somehow the enemy had summoned a perfect clone of Flora that seemed to match her combat capabilities perfectly, right down to using chakra strings from one hand to act as a harness around her arm that allowed her to wield a claymore in one hand, and the way she moved to compensate for the space taken up by her enormous breasts. Their claymores clashed violently at high speeds, the resulting steely echoes of sound, being deafening, Flora was quickly realizing she would need to end this in one blow. Changing the rhythm of her strikes, she threw the clone off balance, by deflecting a strike off time and step back out of reach, as the clone stumbled forward, she leaped high into the air and over the clone's head, somersaulting as she did so, preparing to unleash her deadliest technique: Exquisite Motion of Devastation.
The chakra flooded her arm, the veins bulging and the muscles pulsing with inhuman strength, as she brought the claymore to rest against her back momentarily before swinging it vertically in a cleaving motion the moment she landed on the tips of her toes behind her opponent, the claymore returning to its resting place against her back as the heels of her feet landed. The attack was clean, and extraordinarily fast, the full extent of the damage not registering for a split second, however the tell tale gust of wind followed as the two halves of the clone were blown to either side of Flora.

Jutsu's Element: None (Requires Puppeteer Profession)
Description: The user has the chakra strings from the hand they wish to wield a heavy weapon with, wrap around around those fingers, hand, and up the arm to shoulder and side of the chest that the hand belongs to. This chakra string brace allows the user to lift with one hand what would normally take two hands.
Like the normal use of chakra strings this jutsu does not consume chakra (will change should nature of the chakra string jutsu change so will this) and does not require hand seals.
The hand that is using this jutsu cannot use chakra string for anything other than this on the one arm until the jutsu is canceled, however, both hands can use this jutsu at once, however this will mean the user is unable to use chakra strings for any other purpose.
This jutsu ONLY increase the user's ability to lift objects, it CANNOT be used in conjunction with Taijutsu to increase the power of Taijutsu. However, when wielding a large weapon one handed with this jutsu, the power of the weapon as it was wield two-handed is maintained.
For balance purposes the initial use (setting up of the brace) of this counts as a jutsu use in posting.

Flora wasn't going to be able to break through her opponents guard like this, although it took both of the daggers in either of their hands in conjunction with their superior physical strength to block her strikes with her claymore, because of the two-handed nature of her weapon she couldn't attack once their weapons were locked. She'd already tried to use kicks while the stalemate was on, but he was able to match her in that strategy.
It was time to pull out her signature skill, one-handed claymore fighting; jumping back, she gathered herself and slowed her breathing, as the invisible chakra strings from her right hand, wove themselves up her body, forming a harness for her right side. Grabbing the claymore with both hands she charged forward for another attack and found her claymore strike blocked once, taking one step back, she attacked once more in a twirling motion, both hands wrapped around the claymore till the last moment where her left hand left the grip. The strike was blocked once more, but now, whereas, both his hands were busy using the daggers to block her attack, she was only using one hand to match him. Pulling a kunai from her side pouch with her left hand, she threw it straight at her opponent's face, aiming for his eye. He was trapped, if he kept blocking the claymore strike with both his hands, he was going to lose an eye and possibly die if it penetrated through to his brain, but if he used a hand to block the attack the claymore would overpower him and he would be split asunder.

Aburame Armor: No. A B rank skill that completely blocks everything under B rank and severely weakens everything until S rank. That's too powerful for its rank. That, and the fact that aburame bugs devour their users chakra, so giving them a heavy helping of chakra would only mean they are eating more chakra.
Kikaichuu Spy: Give it that E rank chakra cost and its accepted.
Chakra Trap: Well, the point of the enemy noticing really depend son the enemy. Not every enemy wont notice, so saying that would be godmodding.
Other than that I don't really see a problem. Add a max amount of traps at once. I'd say four or five.

Puppet Dance One: Spinning Shot: For D rnak it can pierce steel? No. How about cleave wood? That would be acceptable. And realize that just because it goes in 360 does not mean that the kunais cover the entire circle. That would be a lot of kunai's and a lot more chakra to coat them all. This move would require an entire hand of chakra strings to be able to coat all of the kunai.
Puppet Dance Two: Grip Shot: This is something that could be done anyways as long as your Puppet was designed for it. Allowing it to do it with a jutsu if its not made to do it is just illogical and if its made to do it, there is no need for a jutsu. Declined.
Puppet Art: Artificial All Seeing Eye: D rank to activate and then E rank every turn its activated, then its accepted.

Additional note on Kikaichu Spy: Isn't that something you can do anyways? You don't need to use a skill to have a few of your bugs run around and pick up information, they just have to come back to you to return it.

armor- Alright, for the record though the bit about giving hem extra chakra was to make sense of the chakra drain for the jutsu.
kikaichuu spy: It is pretty much something you can do normally, but it seems like it would be a good idea to have a "jutsu" for it. Thus the no chakra cost. It's like Kuro-kun's bug planting jutsu, it should be something you can do anyways, but it was made simply to keep people from calling BS whenever you do it. It also defines how it can be used better.
If you think this isn't necessary that's fine, though you should take a look at his in the guild wide customs too since it's pretty much the same deal.
chakra trap: you misunderstood my wording. I was saying you need to plant the bugs without the enemy noticing, not the enemy doesn't notice you planting the trap. Two completely different things. max traps added.

( If he teaches someone they obtain the scrolls, but can not destroy them, and must use their judgement along with Sonji's guidelines on who they can teach. )
Description: After reviewing the style of a Hyuuga, Sonji uses his natural chakra that has a spreading effect, like venom. He uses a strike, or a touch similar to that of a Gentle fist, although instead of hurting the opponent it allows him to spend a B ranks worth of chakra into the opponent, and spread it so thinly that they do not realise it is there unless they have a chakra seeing bloodline. ( Just because I don't think you got this part, The layer of chakra doesn't go away. It must be removed by a medical ninja who can see it, and who is at least B rank. )
The hit makes the opponent feel whoozy for a short period, and then dizzy. ( Whoozy is where they are stumbling around, Dizzy they can walk, but not run. ) This allows the user to either make an escape and regroup, or just get some distance between them. This technique is used when close combat situations are a danger to the user.
Other than the above mentioned affects the attack does nothing else besides allow for a separate jutsu, Sonji's Genius: Dreamscape Contamination ( A Rank )

Sonji glared at the Jounin opponent. His skin prickling. He knew that if he didn't act fast, that this battle could end badly. He looked to his left shoulder, shivering at the bloodstain, tears welling in his eyes. Necrosis had been cut, not fataly, but enough that if he didn't heal his snake soon, then he would have no one in this world to truely rely on. Sonji rushed the Jounin, hissing to Necrosis to slither into his safety shell that was hidden in Sonji's ponytail. Necrosis did as he was told, slithering in and shutting the hatch door with the stump of his tail. The container was hidden expertly in his hair, and was made of a solid steel/brass alloy that had all the strength of steel, but instead of breaking under severe bends like steel, it kept solid like brass. He made some quick handsigns and whispered " Chakra Contamination no jutsu. " He then stopped, ducked below the jounin's punch, and brought his open palm directly up and into the Jounin's chin. A sudden surge of chakra hitting the Jounin, burowing into his skin, hitting his chakra system and spreading through his body quickly, as fast as his chakra naturally circulated. Then pushing off of the Jounin sonji turned and ran, making more handsigns to use a bushin technique and have himself and the bushin jump in different directions, making it appear to the Jounin's changing vision, as he stumbled about trying to regain his senses, that Sonji had split in half.
Once at a safe distance from the Jounin Sonji kneeled, his Bushin about to the edge of it's area of affect. It stopped as well. He sat and calmed down, his pulse pumping. He hissed and Necrosis slithered out of the tube in Sonji's hair. " Summoning jutsu! He said, summoning a snake that was much larger than Necrosis, but wasn't the same type. " Use reverse summoning and take care of Necrosis. " He said, laying Necrosis on the other snake who poofed out of existence.

@Hikaro: A very good point. Change it so it specifies that the bug that received the information has to return, otherwise you'll have people having bugs that were nowhere near the event in question coming back to report on things they'd never seen.
Also, an idea for another technique you might like. Information relay, where the bugs create a chain of sorts between you and the spied on location, and deliver a constant relay of information.

Well, I couldn't see one that did what this one does, but that is Genjutsu, this is purely ninjutsu with physical chakra injection.

Description: After a person is affected by Sonji's Genius: Chakra Contamination they can have their dreams altered, such as turning a pleasant dream into a nightmare, or a nightmare into a pleasant dream. This is invoked by Sonji meditating heavily. However for it to work, Sonji must be meditating in complete silence. ( Others around him can however speak and he can comprehend to a minor degree ) And the Target must be asleep. This is only the beginning stages of Sonji's Genius, and he can only alter the area, not physical emotions, or anything else. He can not change people, or large meaningful events.
The changes start subtle, like someone's hair color might be different, or someone's eyes might be different. But slowly the changes become more and more noticable. It becomes to the point where everything is surreal. Though normally when the affected realises something is wrong they wake up. However it takes about four or five hours of sleep for it to get to the point anyone other than an Ushio could notice and distinguish these subtle differences as meaningful, and hat they had been infiltrated.
Most people wouldn't associate it with a blow they might have sustained a couple of months ago, because it seems like a regular dream turning into a nightmare.
Rp Sample
Fast asleep the Iwagakure shinobi began to sleep. Dark chakra moving towrds her brain, and thinning into short strands, attaching to her brain to send it's own information into it.
The girl was dreaming that she was fighting squirrels. " Honestly squirrels? "The boy said laughing, attacking the squirrels with a ruthless attitude. Soon he stood in a field of dead squirrels. she laughed without compassion. " Come on, what is next? " She said smiling and looking up into the air.
Suddenly everything took on a darker hue, and a Meat cleaver came flying at the boy from the sun. Dark clouds crossing the sky. The girl narrowly dodged the meat cleaver, the front of her shirt ripped, and four gouges in her chest appeared. Not deep ones, but evenly spaced enough that she wondered what they were from. The meat cleaver hit the ground a fur ball attached to the hilt of it. The fur ball moved and revealed itself to be a squat, slightly fat squirrel. It stood atop the meat cleaver and held up a flag shouting squirrel obsenities at the top of it's lungs. Then stopping for breath after a very, very long strand of squeaks without a pause, it hit it's chest with it's fist and squeaked out something uncomprehendable to the girl. " Beware the Holy Order of the Golden Acorn! " It squeaked, all the squirrels putting themselves back together as good as new, they all jumped and swarmed the girl.
The girl screamed and awoke, her pink hair falling infront of her yellow eyes. " Damn squirrels... " She said, laying her head back down on the rock, which was really a turtle, who was lumbering his way toward a pond or lake.
