Nobody moved for what seemed like forever. Fyte, staring at Kry, wondering if she had enough courage to defy him, and Ty, merely staring at him with a dead stare. Finally, then was a sudden movement, and Fyte could feel herself falling towards Kry."Take her. We have no need for someone with her abilities. Her brother will suffice, as he has already begun to exceed our expectations." Tyrek said in a dead, monotone voice. Fyte fell hard, spilling onto the cold floor. Her eyes glistened with tears; was she really that weak that she couldn't save her friends, her brother who she had finally found? She cursed Kry for coming when he had. She was so close to finding out so much, and yet she was still scrambling for the answers. She heard Tyrek's footsteps clack down the hall, leaving her behind once again. "Brother..." she sobbed quietly, cursing herself.

Kry Kry grins as Tyrek tries to walk away. Now that Fyte wasn't in danger and Tyrek has his back turned he could now attack and hopefully put the man unconscious and even better, he couldn't pause time to run away. Kry steps past Fyte and says "I thought I said that no one was leaving or going to become a test subject. I wouldn't try and run, or I will have to break more bones than just the ones I am about to break now Tyrek." With that he punches the air and causes a blast to come right towards the teacher, even the building started to shake as it traveled towards the man. He wasn't trying to kill the man, just knock him out or break a few bones to where he couldn't move. He couldn't let the organization walk away with a time bender now could he.

Tyrek Ashton Tyrek didn't try to dodge Kry's attack, but shielded his body with his metal wings. Several scraps of metal fell away, but if he was in pain Ty didn't show it. "This one was our subject long before you even knew of his existence, and now forever will be. He sold himself to us, all in order to find his beloved sister. Ironic, isn't it, that when he finally finds her he has lost all memories of his former life." Tyrek said coldly, looking at Kry but seeming to look past him at the same time. Turning back around, Tyrek began walking again, the fallen metal feathers becoming a shield upon his arm. He was just a puppet now, only saying what was required of him and doing as was commanded. Right now, all that was necessary was to leave this place as so many had already done. Let the children think they'd won the battle; the war was far from over.

Kry Kry laughs a bit as Kry blocks the attack and speaks again "Well then I guess I gotta kill you huh? I mean better off you before you try to attack us someday." He says as Kry becomes blurry to everyone including Fyte "Goodbye Mr.Tyrek." Kry grins and cocks his arm back slowly "You wont be escaping this, not even with your little metal wings."

The child looked up at him with wide eyes. Gently she took his hand and began to lead him. "You remind me of big brother Ian, she'll be happy to see you. She doesn't really remember him. I do though, I miss him...he use to baby sit us when we were little....he got angry and left though....I wish he would come back again." As the child spoke and led him on through the darkness. After finishing her story she let her words fall silent. The quickly came up to a gloomy building sitting in the darkness. In the top window was Tsukiko with her back to the window. "She lived here with mommy and daddy....Kojo was there to....I miss them......I'm not sure how you are going to get to her...she's pretty upset.....but you won't give up right....you take care of things? She said you couldn't protect her....but your here to help...."

Palian let the child's hand slide into his, curling his longer fingers around her smaller ones gently. He even let her lead him along, though he already had a sense of where they were going. She looked familiar, on a level that could not be explained. "I do not know him," he admitted, though he felt a tensing in his gut at the admission. Then the house came into view, and his focus sharpened. Turning to the child, he patted her head with his free hand. "Yes," he said. "I was created to protect and that's what I'll do." His azure eyes darted up at the window, seeing the shadowed form of the girl he was here to save. With a sigh, he looked one last time at the child, squeezing her hand softly. "You stay here." Then he let her hand go and walked to the front of the house. After a relaxing crack of his neck, Palian squared his shoulders and stepped through the front door.

The minute the dream demon crossed the threshold a voice shouted out. "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE." It might be his realm, but this was her corner of it. A decaying house met him on the inside. If he listened clearly he could hear her moving in the room above him. Tsukiko was there, but she didn't want to see him. She didn't want to see anyone, it was useless in her eyes. While his cage was dreary and full of stone, hers was an old house that she could barely remember living in. Sitting in the window seat with her back against the wall. She watched her younger self, the child she had left behind. Pressing her hand to the window, she knew there was no hope for getting that side of herself back. "YOU AREN'T REAL!" She screamed throwing a book at her door. " You're dead....and its all my fault." Letting her head fall forward she pulled her knees in close. The door was lock, and she no longer cared were the key was. She wasn't getting her body back, she wasn't getting anything back. It was hopeless.

The command shuttered through the building, its power almost forcing him from the realm altogether. It was her head afterall, but he wasn't about to give up. If he failed now, he may as well not exist. This realization helped him work his way up the steps, pushing through the power she exuded. Palian did not say a word as he got to the landing, eyes scanning unimpressed at the decayed surroundings. At the end of the hall was a door, beyond it, his goal. She knew he was here, although maybe not why. Palian knew all too well, the tricks a tormented mind could implement. He used plenty of them himself. Knowing this, he stayed silent, knowing she would not trust anything that he said. At least not yet. He stood on the outside of the door, listening to her scream and shout. Saying he wasn't real, but at the same time she said he was dead. The contradiction was enough to make him smile. " I cannot be both," he murmured to the door, letting his hands rest against the dry rough barrier. "If I am real, I can die. If I am not, then I cannot. So, if I am not real, how can I be dead?" As he uttered this he pressed his cheek to the door, between his hands. Then with a breath, he slipped passed the only thing that separated them. "But if I was real, then my dying would not be your fault anyway," he finished as he raised his head to see her crouched on the floor.

Tsukiko turned her gaze away from the window and slowly looked up at him. Frowning she quickly turned back to her blank view of her world. Blinking she change the scenery outside to their meadow and looked at the starry sky. "You aren't suppose to be here....go back to Nemo." She stated, the ice that she normally controlled filled her voice as she looked at his reflection in the glass. "Every time!......Every time we are near each other something happens...you where chained up....Nemo got captured....Nemo tried to kill himself.....I got captured....." Pulling her knees in close she rested her head on her knees. "Why didn't he just kill me instead of mom.....WHY DIDN'T HE JUST KILL ME BACK THEN!" She shouted as she looked at him tears running down her face. "He did this to me! My own father....he killed my mother...and my brother....his wife and son.." Sobbing silently she turned away from him, not wanting him to see her cry. "This is all my fault....if he would of just killed me.....me instead of mom.....why did Ryo stop me when I tried to kill him after Kojo died......this is my fault...." Tsukiko felt guilty for everything that had happened. That it wouldn't of happened if she hadn't been selfish. "I can let you be here anymore. Bad things just happen when were together......" Looking away again she continued to cry silently while she looked out her window. There was nothing he could do for her. She felt worthless and useless to everyone. "Your right...you aren't real....and you might never be real....you can't love like I do....you can't protect me....no one can...you need to leave." She had rested her head on her knees and hide her face. Tsukiko felt what was left of her heart shattering. She couldn't take this, it was to painful....but it was for the best in her eyes. After all how could she just keep hurting people like this. Nemo needed Palian, he wasn't her protector. She just needed to accept that. Even if Nemo allowed them time together it would never be fair on anyone's part.

As he listened to her words, Palian let his eyes close, his head tilting to one side. He took in all her words, all her claims, all her fears, letting her pour them out into this so small a space, her last refuge. The only place she had left in an otherwise abused and destroyed mind. But just like the faint sign of life in the connection they shared, he found just a spark of hope. A small glimmer within her that didn't believe these hateful words, no matter how earnestly she screamed them. As he focused on this nearly extinguished sliver, he fed it the only word he knew would help. "No." He did not argue with her, nor point out the futility of these musings. Until she was out of this room, where she could bond again with her innocent self, she would only continue this spiral. He was certain it was the only way to undo the damage done to her mind. The only way for her to truly be freed from her own entrapment. With dramatically slow strides, he worked closer to her. Then, before he could be within touching distance, he shifted his angle so that he walked around her to the window. He purposefully did not touch her as he reached out and opened the portal. "Out," he said to her crouched form in a simple tone, not commanding and devoid of menace.

Looking up at him with confusion she continued to stare at him. She didn't understand, why couldn't he just leave her alone. Why did he always show back up after everything happened. Slowly she stood up and looked at the portal. "You're coming to right?......now going to just randomly leave....or disappear?" She asked turning to look at him again. She gripped her fist and looked down at the ground. She didn't want to do this, she didn't want to do this to herself again. What was the point, she had lost everything. Suddenly she felt her feet moving. The upset witch couldn't understand, and was confused. As much as she knew the truth for some reason she still felt something. For some reason she felt like she had some reason to live for despite everything that had happened. Something doubted her mind would go back...even if she controlled her body again.....if she could get just a sliver of herself through...couldn't she just fix it all. The thought came with a plan, a simple idea. Yet it could grow into so much more.

The dream demon watched her progress, azure eyes widened in surprise. It was always a new experience, dealing with humans. Just when he thought he had them figured out, they went and surprised him. Weak, petty and cruel by nature, it seemed altogether odd that they be capable of such strength, such will power. He did not answer her question, because he did not want to lie to her. This thread of hope was too fragile to handle harsh truths, or uncertainties. And in truth, he did not know. So he settled for what little he could reply with. "Nothing I do, is in randomness."

"There nothing I do is in randomness either." With that she pushed him through his own portal. "There is nothing left for you here. This was my sanctuary...and you thought you could just break in. This might be the realm you live in, but this is still my domain." She didn't want this anymore, How could she just let someone in, Tsukiko knew her childish self trusted him, but for all she knew it was another trick. Waving her hand she watched as the portal closed. "There....I did what you wanted...are you happy now..." "Yes my child, very good. I know it hurts now, but it's for the best." A figured appeared beside Tsukiko. The inner witch that was freed when Tsukiko lost control of her body. Wrapping an arm around the girl a smirk appeared on her face. "Now, shall we continue our lesson on how to keep those pesky thoughts out?" Tsukiko looked up at the woman, she looked like a more mature version of herself. Letting her shoulders drop she looked out the window. Gripping her fists tightly, wondered what was the dream and what was the reality. The little girl was still standing outside waiting for her and Palian to return. Tsukiko couldn't let her inner witch corrupt what was left of that little girl. She held the hope she needed, that they all needed. Holding her hand up to the glass she darkened the realm, hiding the little girl. 'If your out there.....if it's really you....please protect her.' Closing her eyes not knowing if the link was still there...or if it had died. She wasn't sure how long she had been locked away here, but she hadn't let her hope die. "I know it hurts now, but I'm here now. Really who else do you need. once father see's how much you've grown, he'll take you back with open arms. Maybe if your good, he'll get Ryo to come visit you, that'll be wonderful won't it." Tsukiko didn't reply to the witch, instead she kept her hand on the glass. Wanting to be free of her prison, but knowing the damage it could cause. "Yes.....maybe we'll see him again..." The words were for the witch, but she sent them to the little girl. Knowing she was scared, and feared the darkness that was engulfing her. Yet Tsukiko had long sense realized that darkness was what kept her safe.

He didn't even feel her hand as she shoved him through the window. Even though it was high up, he did not fall to the ground. Instead he turned to look at her, floating level with the opening he had come through. "Your kingdom, my world," he murmured as Tsukiko slammed the portal closed and smothered it with curtains. But just before the room was blocked entirely, he caught a glimpse of another. Eyes turning to icy coldness, he knew then why she was being so difficult. The demon thought he had beaten her, drained her dry, but it seems as though she had a little juice left to cause trouble. Shifting his gaze to the ground, his cold gaze was cracked by a manic smile. If he could not coax her out, he would draw her out. With a fluid motion, he brought himself to the ground, standing before the small child who had waited so patiently. "Tell me, little angel, have you seen all in this pocket of darkness? Do you know what the girl has done outside while her devil plots within?" he asked, kneeling before her. If anyone knew what was going on, it was her. There were only so many things he could do now, but with a little help from this small pure one, they could still save Tsukiko.
