Renatus looked back down. "Truly, I don't know whats happening. Help would be greatly appreciated, but... well.." Renatus began blushing more. He couldn't help it.

"Umm, well." Renatus began. He had a bad feeling that this was going to end badly, and tried to word it as best as he could. "Its that, i feel... different... around you."

Renatus gulped. "Well..." he began, "I have this weird feeling in my stomach... It's like... the fluttering of a bird."

Lucinda's inhaled a little sharply. "And does your heart speed up?" she asked.

Renatus looked away for a second, blushing heavily. He stalled for time by saying nothing, but eventually decided that this was not best left unsaid. "Yes." he replied cautiously.

Renatus looked up. He didn't say anything, fearing the upcoming break in silence.

Lucinda stayed quiet as well, not sure how she should react to this, or what she should tell him about this feeling he was having.

Renatus sighed quietly. "I- I'm going to drop my things off in my room." he said through a shaky voice. He turned around and headed to the steps, his heart beating heavy in his chest.

Lucinda lookde after him and then walked to her room. She needed to think about some things, by herself.

Renatus slid into his room. He tossed his bag onto his bed and sat down on it. He put his face into his hands. He was breathing heavily, almost panting. Red began to recede from his face, and he sat up. He walked out to his balcony, and stared out at the village and trees, reflecting.

Lucinda laid down on her bed for a long while. Then, finally, she stood up and decided to walk onto the balcony. She saw Renatus was on his too.
