Blaine began to circle around Crash, taking time to catch his breath and to plan his next move. He stopped moving when he was at Crash's right. He stood, nearly motionless, in a make-shift stance.

"All right, kiddies, if you aren't going to make a move, I will." With that, Crash charged Nathan, moving surprisingly fast.
Bitong and Anatoly were summoned to Stark as their last day off was winding down.

Bitong was already waiting. "Ahh, Anatoly!" Stark said, an uncharacteristic smile on his face. One that held no obvious malicious intent, no less! "Good of you to join us." Stark gestured for him to sit, there being an open chair next to Bitong.

Stark, smiling without malice?
Clearly, it was a trap. Anatoly sat on the edge of the seat, ready to dive away at a moment's notice. He ensured, again, that there were no ceiling traps visible. None were.

Stark laughed heartily at Anatoly's unease and paranoia. "No traps, boy! It's that time of month again!" Stark broke into a peal of loud laughter.

Anatoly mimed trying to claw his eyes out at the image Stark gave him with that phrasing.

This only increased Stark's mirth. "Let me explain," Bitong said. "Stark likes to ensure that everything he runs is top-notch. As such, every month, for one day, he opens the floor to any member of the organization that would like to challenge another. This can be for a position of power, a Mysticker, or really, anything else. "Thing is, any person can be challenged by any other person. The two fight it out, and the winner decides if the loser lives or not. Make sense?"

"So, theoretically, if one of us was especially brave or stupid, we could challenge Stark, or one of those guys running around could challenge one of us?" Anatoly asked...
"So, would each contestant place a bet for Mystickers?"

"In theory," Bitong said slowly, shivering at the memory of what happened last time they challenged Stark. Neither of them had yet figured out what he had done. "And not necessarily. You can challenge another for their Mysticker, and the rules say that they can only use that Sticker. They get to choose which Sticker you use, and you fight. Make sense?" Stark began rooting around for something as they spoke.

The second Stark reached under the desk, Anatoly kicked off of his chair and dove backwards, rolling into a standing position.
