As soon as Zaine's kick connected with Sejiro's arm a sharp crack was heard. Sejiro's forearm had been broken by the force of the kick. Sejiro went tumbling across the training field and came to a stop with his body face down. Injured and tired he struggled to get up, still dazed from the blows he took. Sejiro could see Zaine's image in the distance. When Sejiro finally got back up to his feet he raised the tip of his sword to Zaine. "Is that all you've got?", Sejiro asked in a sarcastic manner. As his last word left the tip of his tongue, Sejiro passed out and fell onto the ground.

Zaine's eyes widened, "Dammit! Ami and Elyse are gonna kill me for this, I really need to hold back on these recruits!" he shouted at himself, pounding his head as if to hammer the lesson into his skull. "Well it seems to be a clean break, I think I can take care of it." he said hopefully, reaching into one of the many hidden pockets of his cloak and withdrew a flexible yet strong material, along with bandages. Forming a splint with these Zaine set the young shinigami's arm and sat next to his prone form, waiting for him to regain conciousness.

Sejiro awoke to see Zaine towering over him. As he came to he felt a sharp pain in his left arm. Guess it really is broken, Sejiro thought to himself.
"Thank you for that Zaine," Sejiro said, "You've shown me how much training I really need." Sejiro let out a hardy laugh and closed his eyes. He reopened them staring at Zaine. "I promise to give you more of a challenge next time we spare," Sejiro said. He raised his right arm and held out his hand to Zaine as if to seal this pact he had just created.

Zaine heartily clasped the offered hand in his own and gave a huge grin, "I will hold you to that promise, I expect great things from you Seji." he said with a chuckle, giving the young shinigami a nickname, as he usually would.

As the fight between Sejiro and Zaine finishes Kazuki was excited about Zaine's power, and how the two fought quite well.
"I must train if I wish to become strong" he murmured
As he said that Kazuki stood up and was looking around the training area to find someone to spar with.

Zaine looked over his shoulder and shouted to Kazuki, "You want a round too?" he asked with a warm laugh

As Kazuki was looking around, he heard someone shout his name so he looked back and saw Zaine shouting at him and telling him if he wants a round with him. Kazuki who was caught by suprised, said so suddenly
"Yea sure, that would be really helpful"
So Kazuki gets ready as the practice fight between him and Zaine is gonna start.
"Who'll attack first" he said to Zaine..

Zaine smiled, "You can start anyttime you wish my friend, Ready when you are." he said with a chuckle

When Zaine finished his sentence, without warning Kazuki started running
towards Zaine, when he was 10 feet away from him, he side-step and took his blade out of his scabbard and tried to do a side-slash which Kazuki was aiming at the side-stomach of Zaine.

Zaine sent a concentrated level of reiatsu to the palm of his left hand, allowing him to catch the blade on his hand. "Come on now, is that all you got?" he asked with a chuckle.

As Zaine catch Kazuki's blade he smiled out of excitement. As Zaine taunts Kazuki, he simply jumped away from Zaine and cast "Hado No.4 Byakurai"
Which Kazuki's finger which was pointing at Zaine burst with white lighting, and was headed straight to Zaine.

Zaine grinned wickedly, "Myakuhaku, Hen Hari" he chanted softly, creating a crimson and gold mirror of reiatsu that reflected the Hado directly back at Kazuki, with more power thanks to the added imbuement of Zaine's own reiatsu, which corrupted the white with tinges of the reiatsu coloration that was his own.

When Kazuki thought that he could hit Zaine he made Kazuki's byakurai shoot back at him, and as the attack was about to hit Kazuki, he quickly cast
"Bakudo No.8 Seki" which created a round shield to protect Kazuki from the blast. However the blast was more powerful so it injured Kazuki, but he stand up and said to Zaine
"That was a pretty good move".
He once again started running towards Zaine but this time he jumped and tried a downward strike on him.

Zaine nodded, "Not bad yourself." he said, sidestepping the strike and launching a blow at the young shinigami's left ribs.

Zaine hits Kazuki in the ribs and he fell but he was able to stand up, while holding his left ribs to ease the pain.
"It's not broken, thats good" he muttered
Kazuki then thought he wont be able to defeat Zaine if he keeps attacking so Kazuki change his stance into a defensive stance and provoking Zaine to attack him.
