Elizabeth shakes her head. "Bethany. No. You canot go around us without any fear. I understand you dont want to be afraid after all your work, but if you want to be as safe as you can you need to be afraid, to know what we can do. That way you can protect yourself. What if Joshua hadnt been there? What if i had overpowerd Joshua? " Liz says to Bethany in her head.

Bethany froze with fear on that one. She never though about the whole 'what if Josh got hurt?' scenario. She stammered back 'I...I'd have to find a stick and beat you up then, I guess...'

Elizabeth laughs mentally, "A stick? A stick you say? Dear, I could break a stick without blinking an eye. ANd by stick im talking metal bat." She says.

Beth gave a nervous mental chuckle. 'I... was joking...?' she said with a weak, shaking voice. She thought her legs were getting wobbly, and she couldn't get the fear of something happenning to Joshua. 'You wouldn't really hurt Josh, would you?'

Bethany nods her head in agreement. "I will. Um... thanks." she replies and then opens her eyes, unaware of how long she spent in the mental conversation.

Liz pulls away from Bethany's head. She turns to Sebastian her eyes red. The mixture of fear, so much mental conversation had worn her out. She wasnt dangerous at the moment, but a few more hours and Liz would turn into a rampaging monster. "I just talked to Bethany. " She tells him.

I looked at Bethany as she stood still looking as if her mind was somewhere else. When she opened her eyes I leaned forward and spoke softly. "Bethany are you alright? You look a little pale." I asked hoping that coming to this place wasn't a mistake.
"Really? And what did Miss Bethany say?" I asked as I watched Elizabeth's body looking for signs that might indicate her being ready to attack. All I could see though is that she was in need of rest. "You know Miss Elizabeth you should probably rest some, no one has an unlimited supply of energy." I said hoping she would listen.

"I think i got the message across that she needs to know how to protec herself. She said she would ask Joshua to teach her how to protect herself." Liz says. She streches out on her bed and says, "I don't sleep. Not really anyway. I can close my eyes and pretend im asleep, though. Blood is my energy fountain."

Nodding my head I realized she was part vampiric after all and I should have known better. I walked over to her and pulled out my knife and sliced my wrist with it, enough for the part vampire to get a drink. "Here have some old western style." I said grinning as I offered my wrist to her.

Liz smiles, "Thank you." She catches a wif of the blood and raises her eyebrows. "Your blood smells amazing." She takes a small lick and then deciding it was okay she pulls the wrist to her face and starts sucking the sweet juice out of his wrist. She finishes soon after, she licks the wound and watches it disapear.

I frowned when she remarked about the scent of my blood, Vivian had done that as well the first night we spent together and oh how I missed her. "No problem, there's plenty where that came from." I said as I placed my knife back into my boot and looked at Elizabeth. "So how did you come to live here?" I asked sitting in a chair.

Bethany did her best to give Josh a reassuring smile as she nodded her head. "Yeah, I'm ok. Was just having a conversation, that's all." she tells him, trying to sound braver than she really was.

I saw through her smile and could smell the fear coming off her. I was about to tell her that we should probably leave, but I decided to let her make that desicion. "Well I haven't seen anyone besides Elizabeth do you want to come back another time?" I asked wondering where the rest of the supernaturals were.

"Well, i move around a lot, me being hunted and all. I didnt want to buy a house in case it would help me be tracked and this place is pretty good place to live." Liz says. Then picking up a name in Sebastians thoughts she asks "Whose Vivian?"
