It struggled, trying to claw at his sides. Meanwhile, the third and final wolf, a black one, spotting this, launching himself at Edward's back, digging his claws into his shoulders, his jaws going for his neck.

Wiping the blood of her dagger on his now ruined shirt, she walked carefully over to the thrashing Lycan. It swung its claws out, but she ducked by crouching. Then, she leaned foreword, swinging her blade up and into the wolf's throat. Then, using enough pressure as needed, she brought the blade across, watching the blood spray from the wound.
She turned back towards Edward and growled, spotting the wolf. "Well, that isn't very fair." She hissed.

Edward stabbed the Lycan he had his teeth in, through the chest, dropping him. As the third one dug its claws into his back he let out a blood curtling scream. Swinging his sword wildly behind him, he attempted to get the Lycan off of him.

Alice growled, running up and digging her dagger into the Lycan's ribcage and twisting, being wary of Edward's blade. The Lycan howled, releasing Edward and turning his attention to Alice.

As soon as he was released he turned and jumped on the Lycan's back, trying to divert its attention back to him. "Come on you dirty flee bag, its me you want, not her." he spoke in a strained voice, as the Lycan thrashed about

Spotting a rather heavy looking tree limb, Alice runs over and picks it up. Running back to the Lycan, she swings as hard as she can, cracking it across the face. The Lycan sways, temporarily dazed.

Edward took this chance and thrust his sword downwards into the base of the beasts neck. Praying he killed it, as it fell, he got off the creature and walked over to his love. "Are you ok my love?"

Alice nudged the creature with the tip of her boot and nodded. "I'm fine." She said, looking down at where they'd got her. Her shirt was ripped apart at the side, but the pale skin beneath was as smooth and similar as if it'd never been ripped open in the first place. "What about you? I know you were hurt."

"Nothing to serious... just don't think I will be able to move my left arm for a few days." he smiled kindly at her. "Damn these stupid dogs, not only have they ruined our moment, but now there dead bodies litter the ground, ruining the meadows scenery."

"Anything I can do to help?" Alice asked, voice full of concern. "I can fix you up if you'd like." She motioned for him to sit down and her eyes shifted to the wolves' carcasses and sighed. "It's a shame.."

He shook his head. "Nah, it will heal quickly enough as it is. I am pretty quick at doing that." Edward went over to the nearest wolf and with his right arm only, grabbed a wolf and began to pull it out of the meadow.

She nodded. "Just be careful." Grabbing the next wolf, she followed Edward's lead and carried if away from the meadow. "After this, you should get back into the river."

Going back for the last one, he looked at her smiling. "I think I will just rest here if you don't mind."

"Alright. Do you mind if I have a look though? At your shoulders..." She dropped the wolf at the edge, then kicked the wolf out the rest of the way.

She got to her kneels and crawled behind him. "Will they heal slower since it was a Lycan that attacked you? And not a human?"
