Hey, I finally got my car back. It's about damn time. It was only supposed to be in there for a week... took them at least (if not more than) an entire month. Friggin' idiots...
However... they screwed up two of the parts on it... so they're ordering those, and when they come in, I'll have to bring my car back there again.

Congratulations, Hazu, on reaching the 15 yr mark. That's impressive.
Sorry to hear about ur mice, My Sunshine. That totally sux. I went through a few years of rodent-type pets: gerbils, guinea pigs, and a couple of ferrets. But I was wondering if the mice might be territorial like the gerbils?
And Chainsaw, I'm sorry to hear you are having transportation problems again!? Hope it ends soon. Taking the car to the shop is the reason why car trouble stresses me out SO bad. Because you just know that once it goes in, one thing tend to lead to another; and then you can't help but wonder how much is being generated by the ones you are forced to trust...
Not sure if anyone has realised, but the next Equinox Party is approaching: June 20th!

ChainsawDooM Hey, I finally got my car back. It's about damn time. It was only supposed to be in there for a week... took them at least (if not more than) an entire month. Friggin' idiots... However... they screwed up two of the parts on it... so they're ordering those, and when they come in, I'll have to bring my car back there again. I know this is kind of a dumb question, but can't you take the car to another shop? Of course, I haven't heard anyone not complain everytime a car has to go to a shop. We always have to spend a lot of money on people who don't know what they're doing. evil I hope next time goes better.

Well, now. Here's a face I haven't seen in ages. Welcome back. Here's hoping you'll become more active, like you say.
Well, I'm off to 7-11 to go buy highly caffeinated one-gulp drinks. You know, powershots and things. This way, when I get up in the morning, I can down two or three of them and get me a caffeine high, so I can start drawing this one thing. Yes, caffeine makes me draw better on the computer. When I have a caffeine high and draw art, all you can hear from my room is *clickclickclickclick-dragclick-keypress-clickclickclickity-keypress-clickdragclick* Seriously... It's wicked crazy. I remember one time in animation class, I had a good reaction to caffeine (my brain has different reactions on any given day to caffeine... ranging from making me sleep to epic. This one was a spectacular high-boost long-duration reaction. I chugged two Monsters that day and didn't have any lunch. Lasted for at least two hours). I was crazy and unfocused for a while in there... being a nuisance... and then I sat down and focused on my project. Let's just say, I've never worked that fast or efficiently before ever. I had people staring at me, because of how rapidly the clicking and keypresses were happening. It was hilarious.
Anywho... I'm off. I've already slept quite a bit (at least 8 hours), but it was in a chair (woo for La-Z-Boy recliners...). After I buy that stuff, I'll go back to sleep... probably wake up at 10 in the morning.

Hmmmmm... Just realized I won't be able to do the next equinox party coming up. I'll be in Colorado at that time... Scarborough Faire and such, and possible visiting of one of our Gang's members (they know who they are wink ). I say possible... because it's ultimately not up to me... But if it turns out not to happen, I can still visit in July.

How exciting! Gee, I wonder who it may be! *mind wanders* Did everyone see that story of that couple that met in Chatterbox and have been together for 4 years? I'm sure ya did...
So, Chainsaw is out... How's it looking for everyone else? (I'll change the poll... as of right now, our people counter has reached 14)

Well, apparently I will be able to make it. The date I'm leaving has been changed to the 26th, so as long as I don't forget about the party, I should be here.
