Alter shut down again. "I don't need to grow. I am fine the way I am now." he stepped back from this obviously insane human. He was happy now, and changing that wasn't an option. "I hope you don't think I would do anything for you, without orders."

Dax rolled his eyes and walked up to Alter.
"Look. These guys have totally brainwashed you! Your a freaking ROBOT. You need human and digital friends." He said casually.
Demiveemon and Tsunomon jumped around Alter's feet.
"We can be your friend!"
DinoHyumon walked up to Alter as well, laying a hand on his shoulder.
"I can be your friend as well"
After DinoHyumon finished speaking, Patamons egg shook. Dax raised an eyerbrow.
"He's listening, and he wants to be your friend, too.

Kaz put a hand on Dax's shoulder, "I don't think he's ready for that quite yet." Turning back to Alter he gave a lopsided smile, "Don't worry about it, you don't have to do anything, and I'm most certainly not going to try to give you any orders."

Alter was overwhelmed, a even a little scared. All these people and digimon focused on him. This wasn't right. He moved back, going behind Hisoka. "I don't want any of this." he said, letting go of the breath he was holding.

Gatomon blinked and piedmon was back on this side of the river. She really needed to stop blinking, she was missing too much. She put paws on the in training digimon, keeping them back from the skittish tamer.
Kaz put his own restraining hand on Dinohyumon, giving him a warning glance. Don't worry Alter, when you feel more comfortable, let me know, and I'll tell you more about friendship.

Ancients Spinxmon picked himself back up and threw himself on the Piedmon. He started tearing at Piedmons body, knowing he cuold easily defeat this clown if he could defeat a demon lord. Bantyoleomon and Ophanimon steepin and restrained Ancient Sphinxmon from killing the Piedmon, "Let's talk to him and learn why he attacked us! Plesiomon, Cherubimon, Megidramon, Cardmon S2, and Hercules Kabuterimon comoe over here and help us! Everyone else fall back!" The group came forward and help restrain the spinx. Bantyoleomon asked, "Why did you attack Tsunomon?! If I were you I'd answer quick, I don't know how long we can hold him back!""

Piedmon knew he could never beat Ancient Sphinxmon, at least not yet. They only thing he could do was active one of his abilities Toy Wonderness. He vanished, leaving an after image for Ancient Sphinxmon to destroy.
(Again sorry for the little god modding... in a real battle I would never do it.)
Piedmon moved back towards his tamer and the others, which was when Alter moved to hide behind him. "I didn't attack any of them. I wanted to check out the stock, if I wanted to attack I wouldn't have bothered with the weak." He said simply.

Gatomon was a bit mystefied at how seperately Alter and his digimon seemed to operate. They seemed to have no bond, and that Alter or was it Piedmon, seemed to only be there to babysit the other.

DinoHyumon growled, getting really frustrated.
Why were mega digimon so reckless?
This was one reason why he wasn't eager to digivolve. Would he digivolve into some crack-job Demon as a mega?

Realizing he had been tricked, he noted that there was a figure that looked like a Piedmon standing near the talking tamers. He rush there and pinned down the Piedmon, "We want answers! If you don't cooperate, you'll die!"

Kaz watched as nonchalantly as possible as the ancient digimon tackeled piedmon, rushing inbetween Alter and himself. He looked into Alters' eyes, now that his digimon wasn't there to hide behind, he could meet and hold Alter's gaze.

Alter stared back at Kaz, he felt something inside his mind telling him to run. He had no way of knowing the programing installed inside him, making sure he would betray the Angels for a long time. At least not directly.

At this point, both DinoHyumon and Dax's feelings merged together.
"ARE YOU GUYS IDIOTS? STOP FIGHTING!?" They both shouted simultaneously.
