Teh AK You guys, you really should stop taking this so hard. It's a site they set up to show us about their game, and just because they haven't had anything mind-blowing for a little while everyone goes crazy. Normally we get updates about games like this like, once or twice a year. But Nintendo has decided to be nice, and give us the Dojo. So, two weeks since somthing REALLY interesting? Boo-freakin'-hoo.
K, I'm done. Please don't hate me... ._.
Melee and Smash have literally been with me for over half my life. Hardly a day goes by that I don't play one of them.
Then, Nintendo tells me that they will be giving us info every week day. I am overjoyed. Then they delay it, and announce it playable.
I am reluctant, but am happy with all the info we found out. Then they bombard me with crap I already knew a month ago.
So all in all, they haven't made up for the delay.
They can do better than this. I'd even settle for Krystal or Ganon. Hell, I'd settle for Falcon or Luigi.
2 weeks of staying up late only to be disappointed every time. I have the right to b***h.
But hate you, I do not.

Sauvie Can we not start about Ridley for the 58th Time... I mean time will tell, everyone has opinions on him. People will not change them as long as they live or have not bee prooven wrong. The irony is, this point could have been used so many times for the Sonic hype, but every time someone tried to tell people to let up on demanding the blue hedgehog be a brawler they were called a narrow minded jerk. Pertaining to the update, one word: WEAK

Your expectations are all too high.
I'm pleased with the update, even if it's not entirely interesting. I've always felt that the handicap system was flawed -- yes, some people do use it! This way you get the knockback you expect and the opponent will flinch when you expect them to.

This would not be a bad update if it wasn't packed in with almost 2 weeks of bad news and stuff we already knew.
I do like the new handicap system as well.

Really, all I ask is the same that the Sonic for Brawl advocates asked, some open mindedness to the concept of having Ridley as a playable character, just as you can't see him as more than a boss, I had a hard time seeing Sonic as a viable fighter myself. I'm going to try as much as I can to stay out of the debate that will unavoidably follow the next time someone suggests him, but if I see another comment like: Prof_Saliva If you want more Ridley, play Melee, set time for 99 mins on the stage w/ Ridley and stare. The poster of such tripe will feel my unbridled flaming might. (Especially considering he confused Ridley with ******** Kraid.)

YAY! Understanding! Back onto the original topic of Brawl now, hopeful next update - Gannondorf. I wanna see them bring the big guy back, and beyond that, how they've changed him to avoid the coning issues. Sure, Falcon would suffice, but G-dawg would more than make up for the smaller updates we've had as of late.

But... my point is, you're complaining that Nintendo won't tell you new stuff about the game every single week.
Don't get me wrong, Smash Bros is one of my favorite games (coming very close to my favorite), if it wasn't I wouldn't be here. I love learning new things. But I'm not gonna start screaming if they don't give me a constant supply of info about it. Not to mention if they shock us with new content every single week, they're not really gonna have anything left to surprise us with when the release date comes around... O:
