Peppermint Elf Zero Omega Back from AX for today, spent two and a half to three hours at Will-Call registration, then another two to two and a half hours at the line for the CLAMP Panel, spent about an hour in th exhibitor's area. xd Stuff for today: Two Ranma VHSes - $3 a pop. xxxHolic (Volume 1) - $9 Major backlog after AX though. If you want MORE Ranma VHS (for massively cheap), let me know. I'd like to get rid of all of season 2 and all my OAVs since I bought them on DVD. (Hell, I'll give them to you for free. You just need to pay for shipping). Yeysyesyesyesyesyesyesplz.
Nabs is a goddess! It'll just take me a while to get some money for shipping, 'cause I plan to burn my cash there tomorrow if Gaia has a booth there. xd

Oh mah jeebus... I love my parents to death. Feel free to ignore this post, since I just feel like bragging right now.
My old computer (the one with 16GB yaoi-stuffs on it) broke down on yesterday, so I went and played with my PS2 for a while. My mom notices why I'm not on the computer, and peeks into the study to see my computer with a shell panel removed.
Mom: You broke it, didn't you? Me: Shwaa-? Mom: The computer. It looks sad and lonely... and naked. Me: Oh, yeah. The hard drive went 'poof'. Mom: Huh? Me: The hard drive. It doesn't move - it's normally supposed to spin, you know, the 'whirrr' sound that it usually makes after you push the power button. The sound stopped. I tried everything. Nothing works except the fans. Mom: So you broke it. Me: Yeah. It angered me so much that I opened it and ate its insides. It wasn't appetizing at all. Mom: So are you saying you want another computer? Me: It'd be nice if I could get another one, but I'm sure Organization XIII won't mind if I continue my Heartless kill-fest for another week or so... Mom: sweatdrop O-Okay.
So today, right after dinner, my parents throw me into the van and take me to Best Buy. We come back home with a brand new computer with all the basic specs of my old one... save for more RAM. What's more... they're not even making me pay for it. gonk
I feel really guilty, now.

I feel really guilty, now. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't just replacing a harddrive'd suffice? Talk about nice parents though, my parents wouldn't get me a new computer until months after it broke down.

Me: So, can I use yours? Mom: No I don't think so. Me: Will you assist me in the purchasing of a new one? Mom: No, you don't need another one. Go outside and play basketball. -End of conversation- crying

Well, I had already replaced the hard drive on that computer before. I personally had to shell out about $150 or so for that drive, and even then my parents though it was kind of a waste since I had insuffiecient RAM.
The new PC, in my opinion, is a better deal than my old computer, since this one still has a lot of room for my own modifications (namely space for a slave drive, more RAM slots, room for a graphics card, and other bells and whistles) whereas my old PC had little to none.
But yeah, my parents have been awfully nice to me these past few months. I feel guilty and weird.

Whirling Dervish EdwardHau Whirling Dervish EdwardHau Whirling Dervish whee Thanks! I still need a description, but I have until Monday to come up with something. *heads off to enter* I could maybe try to think one up. I've watched the show enough to understand him. Just not sure how great the quality of it would be. sweatdrop Could you? I'm sure it would be much better than anything I could come up with. sweatdrop Yeah, I'll try typing something out in a little while. How long does it have to be?I'm not sure. I checked the Arena FAQ and Rules and didn't find anything. Although I remember when Zely entered his Drill Sergent, there was a limit to the number of words. 200 maybe? I would backlog to find it but I have to leave for babysitting in about 30 minutes. sweatdrop It's something around 200 characters, if I remember correctly.
