GalaxyCommander Kestral Sylver GalaxyCommander Well I'm not sure that my dudes would chase down Kestral to kill him but I could still come and get something going. The one character that is going to head to Earth is not really the type who annihilates places through raw power rather his acts are more subtle and more precise. I could use him however to work things I'm wanting to keep the four commanders for Garakon's army open rather than fill them in at this point because I believe it would be more epic for others to fill those spots in. Otherwise I'm stuck solo rping which gets really boring really fast. So what do you say want my guy to show up for you or no? Ultimately, this is the situation and these are the things that need to happen. Kestral has no recollection of his former self, he is hiding out in a small village near the sea and some mountains on Earth. He has been there about a year and a half since he was found in a collapsed cave at the foot of the mountains. He has made connections with the villagers, and is fairly non combative. So, either your character would need to visit the village's apothecary (healer) or monestary as those are the two areas Kestral would be most likely to be found. I need to come up with some reason as to why he would leave the village without looking back. So if it doesn't end up destroyed, he'd have to have good reason to leave. Although, I suppose a cure to his amnesia might be reason in and of itself lol. Whoever you send would need to be familiar with Kestral but not necessarily well acquainted with him. That could possibly end with him learning too much information about his former life and him rejecting it which would further his fugue state and wouldn't suit the story arc I have set up for him. I'm thinking Takehitsu would do well, since the only interaction they've had was during their fight in Inferno's Arena. But if you've got anyone else, let me know. I guess I could send Takehitsu over there my only issue with that is Takehitsu no longer has a goal. His only two purposes where returning to his dimension which that died years ago, and his second was pretty much inferno (who killed himself in Rosewood) Would Kikyo's side in hell want Kestral to join them or to die per chance? Well, if Takehitsu doesn't have a goal at the moment, maybe he could tag along with Kestral for a bit biggrin And I really don't know to be honest, there's never been any ill will between Kestral and Kikyo (in fact there was at one point a very minor romance) but that's up to LadyDraka if there is any bad blood. She could regard him as a traitor or a deserter since he basically just up and abandoned his position as Right Hand of Hell. Anyway, if you're up to the position, I'll be making my official first post tomorrow (assuming the internet at my office is working).

Hey, hey smile
I've been crazy busy lately but I do have a short laundry list of things to do around the Guild. I'll try and get them written up as soon as possible but this is a quick look at what I have in mind:
I'm going to try and (re)make a clear and short synopsis for Heaven and Hell.
That should lead into a brief explanation on how to integrate new players into the story or just jump in wherever they please.
I figure we can remake an open suggestion thread for everyone to input and discuss their ideas.
I've been mulling over a power ranking system. This should help us to filter out OP characters/abilities as well as give us some clear guidelines to use for our characters. I'm still brainstorming but I'll present my thoughts on that soon.
Lastly, I need to revise the front page of the Earth thread so it doesn't turn away newcomers. I think we'll start to implement the new portal system then.

FlyingRonin Heya folks. I'm pretty new here. Thought I'd drop in and say hi. I'm looking forward to making a charecter. But I do have to ask, do we have some kind of concise and all encompassing fluff page? Some literature for a newbie maybe? Nevrmind there's nothing written int here what BLASPHEMY is this Devilsteel? That should help. also if your looking for something say in Hell my group has several opening that would be awesome if you could jump in at smile Of course the downside is they are pretty much all evil baddy's but yeah.

You'd think 420 mil would have more buying power. I remember only needing 20 mil for an old dream avi from way back when and I had 17mil saved up towards it. I guess times change. And, he's possessed eh? That adds an interesting twist to the situation. Would an exorcism work on this possessing force? That just so happens to be one of Kestral's recent studies.
