Virgil_Ex I am. It's because I like me food to be in balance though. I don't like for one thing to omgwtf overpower every other flavor in a dish. *raises hands to the heavens and a light shines down upon him* It is the harmony of flavors that truly makes a dish a masterpiece. Only once a chef masters the ability to make every flavor note known without one overpowering another, them may he consider himself a true culinary artist~!
