Also, the church of Satan doesn't exactly believe the opposite of Christianity. To summarize their religion in a sentence, their basic idea is "Do whatever you want".

lol, sorry about that... just knowing where these symbols and things came from, it annoys me when they get referred to as symbols of evil/the devil/satan.
as for "do what you want", I believe thats the basic belief of hedonism, if that is part of the church of satans belief, its really just borrowing it from somewhere else. Just like they're borrowing their name from catholicism's devil... It seems stupid to just pick and chose what you want from the different religions and then make your own, we have so many religions because of that -_-
... to me, the core concept of religion is the lesson, IE the 10 commandments, that is what should be focussed on, not the (IMO) ridiculous stories... they are good rules that would generally lead to a good society, but instead everyone start picking sides, making all these different religions and then start warring over who is right, and when you really come down to it, almost every religion has the same core belief...
but I'm not "expert"... i'm sure there is lots I don't know... and I may be biased... so i'll just put that in white so no one has to see it if they don't want to. xd
