Alasdair

PostPosted: Thu Apr 24, 2008 6:31 pm

Alasdair began to laugh coldly as Kuro began to walk away, filled with fear. The plan was working, the hunters where running scared. He wanted Kuro to be scared.

“I am not going to kill you yet Kuro...You are more valuable than you realize.” Alasdair replied, a smile still painted on his face. His hand slowly moved to the hilt of his sword. He wanted it to move so subtlety that maybe Kuro could overlook it.

"If your not going to kill me, then i`ll leave, and if i`m so valuable, stop me." He picked up his pace to a steady walk, not scared, but anxious to leave. He knew something was going to happen, not something he feared, but something he would regret not getting away from. He took his hand off his sword, knowing if something was going to happen, he would be powerless to stop it.

Alasdair saw the traitor leaving. He had no need for him at the moment, but he was drying to play with Kuro. If he was going to run away, Alasdair wanted to make sure he ran, not walked. So Alasdair swiftly moved the hand that was heading for his sword, he moved it to his back and gripped his Dessert Eagle.

With a swift movement Alasdair took his gun from the holster and aimed at Kuro’s head. “Leaving already?” Alasdair replied to Kuro with an evil laughter on his voice. He squeezed the trigger and fired two holy bullets at him, making sure he aimed to just graze him.

One bullet grazed his shoulder, while the other grazed the top of his head; both leaving a trail of burnt skin and blood behind. The blood from the head wound dripped across his face as he turned around. "Firing at the head sure is a way to get someone killed, last time I checked. If you wanted me dead, the least you could of done was told me." He smiled, the blood dripping into both his mouth and eyes.

Alasdair grinned as the man let both bullets graze him. He was almost laughing, but he maintained his composure. He shook his head as he lowered his gun. “Just holy bullets…” Alasdair held his gun to his side, too loose to have perfect reaction time.

"Hard to tell these days, i`ve been shot more times than I can remember, thanks to bullets like those that keep finding their way to my head. So, again I ask; are you going to kill me, or can I leave? This is getting kinda boring." He decided to leave out the fact that he had no Uv rounds on him, only the small bit of explosives in his pocket, which could burn a vampire in less time than it would take for them to scream. He put his hand in his pockets, gripping the small bag, ready to throw it on Alasdair, where a single spark would cause nearly instant death.

Alasdair saw how Kuro moved his hand to his pocket, which made him a bit more cautious. Cautious enough to clinch the grip of his gun, so that he could react almost instantaneously to anything. But Alasdair’s eyes were focused on Kuro, he wanted to notice any muscle movement.

“Well that depends on how fast you go” Alasdair replied with a chuckle.

"Fine, whatever. You keep playing the tough guy, and i`ll walk away. You can fire as many holy rounds as you want, i`ll just keep walking. Tell me when you finally get the courage to load it with Uv, because thats when that gun will be shoved down your throat."
He turned and continued walking, honestly not caring if he was shot at.

Alasdair could not help but laugh, in fact he burst out laughing. It was so amusing hearing Kuro confront him so bluntly. Alasdair was laughing, but he was not stupid, he was still aware of his movements. He stopped laughing, taking a deep breath. He kept the smile on his face as he saw the man leaving. He had no need for words; his laughter would be message enough.

He finally approached the end of the graveyard, thinking about what Alasdair had said. "Both Tokeru and Alasdair think i`m so important. I don`t get it."

Alasdair was still chuckling when Kuro finally left. He turned on his heels and walked towards a granite headstone. In a few moments he was facing a large black headstone. It looked relatively new, the inscription was still readable.

Alasdair took a sit on top of the headstone, his gun still in his hand. He was relaxing a bit as his eyes wandered around the graveyard. He sighed as he was finding himself rather bored again. Maybe he shouldn’t have scared Kuro away.

With a great yawn, Racquel rose from the tombstone she had been sleeping by. She looked across the graveyard to see a man jolt away. 'Vampires.' she thought, quickly gathering herself, she moved into her wolven form. 'Maybe they'll mistake me for a dog.' She thought. Slowly moving back from the tomb, she wanted to seem like a frightened animal adding to the "stray" name that so many dogs, and wolves took along the winding streets of New York.

Then something struck her, the one that hadn't been in the fight so it seemed. Was the vampire from the subway. 'He might recognize me..' she thought, in a frantic she didn't notice the 6 foot grave that was behind her, the mud making the ground rather slipery made her slip, and fall. She had fallen ,and the only way of getting out was to change into her Lycan form, though with two vampires she wouldn't want to risk it. Even with the many Lycans that also occupyed the small graveyard.

Veroen, who had silently observed the outcome of the confrontation of Alasdair, and Kuro, and after Kuro left, he approached Alasdair.
"Alasdair, i have something for you. something you really would like to see." Veroen gave him a little crumpled piece of paper with a bit of blood on it.

"It is the phone numbers of all those who took over the Subway. i had a little confrontation with quite a few of them, including their pack leader. i managed to escape with this information...." Veroen said as he grinned knowing that this would please Alasdair to an extent.

As he did this, he could sense the presence of a Lycan nearby. He had sensed the same thing when in the Subway, and guessed that it was one of the Lycans that was in there with the rest. He smiled in the corner of his mouth, wondering if the Lycan would make some sort of move. He continued to observe the Lycan as he contines to converse with Alasdair.

"What a delema..I'm stuck in a hole." Racquel whispered to herself pawing the walls of the grave. She tryed one or twice to get up and out, but only made it about halfway. She thought about asking the vampires for help, but that thought was quickly erased. 'Tch...Likes they'd help me, get me out of the grave, or just shoot me here and make this my grave.' She thought a small toothy grin appeared across her maw. 'Might aswell dig myself out.' She started using her claws to dig into the muddy dirt, but sadly caused a mud slide, and her hole was quickly covered up. "Dammit!" She called out, quickly snaping her jaw. "That isn't going to work.."

As Alasdair sat on the headstone, he noticed Veroen. Alasdair had seen him when he entered the graveyard, but in the excitement of scaring Kuro off, he had forgotten about Veroen. So as he approached, Alasdair gave a faint grin.

Alasdair took the paper handed to him, and opened it. It was a crumbled paper that had stains of blood; it looked like regular trash that anyone would throw away. But as he opened the paper he saw numbers and names. He looked back at Veroen as he explained what it meant.

So the lycans had already taken over the subway. What on earth could Rogue be waiting for? Alasdair was craving a fight with those lycans, but he had to wait for orders. As he listened to Veroen something caught his mind. It sounded like another person in the graveyard, close by. Alasdair could sense it was a lycan, it smelled like a female and sounded like she was in one of the dirt holes.

“You have done very well Veroen” Alasdair acknowledged the good work with a nod. But his eyes quickly darted to the direction of the sound. It was definitively someone talking very close. “Lycan?” Alasdair whispered to Veroen.
