Psh you have to say light sauce otherwise they'll load the pizza down with copious amounts of it. I prefer to taste all the ingredients in a pizza. Not just the sauce stare

I like sauce. I just don't like my pizza to be dripping with it. I prefer it to be a subtle layer between the bread and cheese. Enough for you to know it's there, but not so much that all you can taste is the sauce with everything else as an after tone.

I am. It's because I like me food to be in balance though. I don't like for one thing to omgwtf overpower every other flavor in a dish.
*raises hands to the heavens and a light shines down upon him* It is the harmony of flavors that truly makes a dish a masterpiece. Only once a chef masters the ability to make every flavor note known without one overpowering another, them may he consider himself a true culinary artist~!
