As he hesitantly rang the door bell and mumbled his last bit of grievances, the door opened, revealing a quiet well mannered and groomed butler. "Are you the b*****d that wants to take away my baby!?" He tackled the butler to the ground and began to punch him in the face until his face was no longer recognizable......
Road ran towards him and pulled him away, tears in her eyes. "Father!? What have you done!? I LOVE HIM!" She weeped as she layed over the man's mutilated body. "I hate you! I never want to talk to you ever again!"
His heart shattered into a billion and one pieces and he died on the spot, the instant those words left her mouth....
He snapped out of his reverie, just as the door opened, he coughed a bit and and introduced himself, "Good Day, I am Sherrill Kamelot, I believe that a Mr. Vincent Devereux is expecting my daughter and I for tea today." He held his head up high, If this guy wants my little girl, he's going to have to fight me long and hard for her.
"Ah yes, my Lord, please come in, I do believe Mr. Devereux is waiting for you in the foyer." The butler opened the door wide and bowed as Sherrill and Road entered.
Vincent was waiting just inside the entrance hallway, in a small room with coat rack and such, halls leading off in all directions. He looked directly at Sherrill, making a point not to put any attention on Road for the moment. Acknowledge the man first, and then you may greet the lady...
"Ah, Lord Kamelot, how nice to have you for tea this evening," He bowed his head to Sherrill, and spoke to the butler.
"Gary, would you be so kind as to take Lord Kamelot's coat for him? I'm sure he would be most grateful."
Gary took Sherrill's coat for him and hung it on the rack, taking up a deep red robe and holding it up for Sherrill to put his arms through.
"I'm sure you'll find that most comfortable, sir." Vincent smiled jovially. Only once he was sure Sherrill was happy and well did he turn his attention to Road.
"Ah, Miss Kamelot, how very nice to see you as well," He smiled at her and bowed, ordering Gary to take her coat for her as well.
"I trust your journey was well? If you're not too terribly weary, I thought we could take a stroll through the gallery before retiring for tea." He addressed Sherrill.
Though Vincent didn't show a lick of nerves, his stomach was churning like the rush of the ocean waves. I hope this is alright...I don't need any mistakes. Please let this be alright...

Myria_Angelus Lavi bookman the exorcist Myria_Angelus Lavi bookman the exorcist *is exhausted but sees she really wants to* okay, one dance. *takes her hand in his and wraps his other around her waist. they glide across the floor to a slow waltz playing through lavi's head as they go.* -smiles and mouths thank you- anything for that darn smile of yours -blushes- and you look nice without your eyepatch haha, thanks
