Rei was unhapply the time. She knew bakura was unhappy so she was unhappy. Getting up she walked into the living. the lights were hurting her head. She knew it had to be hurtting bakura as well. taking bakura by the arm she pulled him away into there dark room.
Kira got along with the pharoh ok.She looked over at a word ryou was having trouble on "hmm..does unavalable fit?" she asked ryou.

"Umm... no, the second letter is U." Ryou said, squinting at his own handwriting. "Wait... that wouldn't make sense if that means that that word is 'picuic'." He filled in the word that Kira had suggested. "Thanks." "Thought you wanted to rest?" Bakura asked, rubbing his forehead as he went along with her. "Shouldn't be getting up." He stubbornly using his ancient language. It was practically the only thing that he had left of his home. He wore the uncomfortable clothes of this world, insisting on plain jeans and whatever shirt there was, but for some reason refused his familiar red jacket. Atem was more daring. He went along with leather as his modern self liked, but also tried various other things. He cheered Ember on in the racing game, clapping his hands and hooting like a madman.

"no problem" kira said munching on chip.
Ember laughed as she won yet agian.
Kawi pouted playfully "aww I lost.Oh well."
"Well I wanna rest with you. I know you dont like all that crap out there.Once I have th babys and everything is settled we'll find a way to get home.I want you to be happy."

Bakura kissed Rei lightly, holding her close. He was silent for a long time, then slowly spoke. "I don't think... finding a way home is a good idea. There's no way of guaranteeing that all of us will arrive in Egypt safely. I don't want to take that risk." He said with a slightly shaking voice. While Rei may want him to be happy, he could care less if that meant that she or the child-- children, he had to remind himself-- might be hurt. They might not all be able to go back to the past. If they got split up and were separated throughout Egypt... what if one of the children was in the middle of a desert? Hell, it didn't matter where one of them showed up. If they were separate from him or Rei, that would probably be it for them.
"Hmm. Maybe you two should have an actual race-- you know, on foot, so you don't determine the loser by those silly controllers." Atem suggested. Glancing off to the side, he noticed for the first time that Bakura was gone. "Well, damn. When'd he leave? I think that some outside air would be good for him."
Ryou glanced up at the end of Kawi and Ember's game. Smiling a little, he looked over at Kira, wrapping an arm around her. "Excited?" He was constantly asking her about how she felt about having a child and all, though he already knew she was already a mother. In his case, however, he hadn't had any idea how much the thought of having a child would make him feel so old.

"but...your so misrable here...you dont want to learn anything....your not happy...I just hate seeing you unhappy.." rei said gently kissing him back.
Kira chuckled and nuzzled to him. She dident mind him always asking "yes im very exsited."
Ember laughed but kawi shook her head "I would lose. I cant run thatfast."

"True, I dislike it here, but..." Bakura hesitated, pulling away. "...if you'll be happier, I can learn. I'll find out a way to live in this place, and then we'll stay." Atem got up to his feet. "Hmph. Wimp." He said playfully, sticking his tongue out at Kawi before knocking loudly at Rei and Bakura's bedroom door. "Bakura? You in there? I challenge you to a race! I could whoop your a** in it, but I want to give you a chance to accept my challenge and prove yourself to be worthy. Will you accept?" Bakura scowled a little, letting go of Rei and opening the door. "Not that I don't appreciate your generous offer, pharaoh, but my--" Atem snorted, putting a foot in the doorway so Bakura couldn't close it if he wanted to. "--head hurts? Well too bad. Your head always hurts. If you keep relying on those little pills... then you're going to be relying on little pills to keep you happy and functioning. Is that really what you want? Now get out of this room and race me, dammit!" Atem snapped, and Bakura crossed his arms over his chest, arching an eyebrow.
"...this isn't about a race, is it?" Bakura asked with a sigh. "Fine, whatever. But try not to cry when I beat you. You're too used to servants doing everything for you I bet you've forgotten how to run."
"Hey, I've been doing fine without any of them. Have you been doing okay without stealing and murdering and whatnot?" Atem snapped back.

"Teh Im preganat and I could beat you in a rase. you shouldent chalange people when you know your going to lose." rei said.
Kawi and ember had followed "you two can race out back! the backyards big enough. we can sit on the deck and watch" ember said.

Bakura was now considering this. "What does winner get?" Atem shrugged. "Something that's appropriate. I win and you have to at least put forth an effort to learn the language and customs here." Bakura growled slightly, scowling.
"If that's the case, then let's just race for the sake of racing." He said. He didn't want to be forced into learning anything; when he decided to try and learn, it would be on his own, at his own pace.
Atem stuck out his tongue. "You're just scared. Wimp." He said, then switched to English so Bakura wouldn't quite understand him. "Besides, don't you want to know what I say to you when I talk like this?" "Want to watch?" Ryou asked, looking up from his puzzle to see what the others were up to.

"What'd he say?" Bakura asked, glaring slightly, and Atem rolled his eyes, rubbing his arm. "Bet you couldn't get along for a day without Rei right next to you to translate every little thing." He said, and Bakura was quiet. Atem sighed, and poked Bakura's shoulder. "Aw, c'mon. Let's just get this over with."

Rei looked to kawi "can you grab my slips for me?"
kawi walked to the side of the bed and grabed rei's slippers and gave them to her.
"thanks" rei said and wacked atem over the head with them."dont push your luck with me."

Atem rubbed his head. "I'm just trying to have Bakura stop moping. Jeez." He grumbled in English, much to the annoyance of Bakura, who stormed away. Atem grinned a little, trailing after him, and soon they were outside.

Ember just chuckled and helped rei outside.
Rei smiled. Kawi and ember were always helping her so she grew to like them.

Ryou helped Kira out as well, shaking his head slightly at Bakura and Atem's banter. "Those two are always going to be bickering..."
"To there and back." Atem said vaguely. Bakura asked him to clarify, and Atem got grumpy, pointing off somewhere.

Ember helped re into a lawn chair. Once rei was sitting she let out a sigh. She had been feeling odd all day.
