I was planning on going to bed within the next hour or hour and a half. *nods in agreement* *smiles and takes the glass* Thanks Sil, I appreciate it! *as he puts the glass to his lips, the milk turns to spiced mango tea with honey in it and he takes a drink* I can't really drink milk since last summer..I found out it makes me sick!

Hm...then, I should tell him "My good Lord, I have no intentions with your daughter that would be considered dishonorable. I only wish that I could be allowed to give her that which pleases her, and make quite sure she is never unhappy. If she wishes me dead, then Sir, I shall quite happily oblige. I do hope she wouldn't wish such things, but if the situation arose, then I would make it my duty to fulfill such a wish." At which I would smile fondly at you for a moment.
She stared at him for a moment, picturing it in her head, and her father's reaction, " That would work! You're such a gentleman.....this'll be fine...." She said happily wrapping her arms around his shoulders"....you'll win him over, it's almost impossible for him to hate you....." She smiled, relaxing a bit more, though her words made it seem like she was still trying to convince herself.

He smiled and kissed her lips softly before pushing her away, still practicing the fancy way of talking. "Well then, my darling, I think you should get used to being less bold around me. I don't think your father would approve of your actions, and if I may say so, I do believe they are quite improper of such a young lady."
He smiled and winked at her, laughing lightly. This was going to be perfect, even if she still sounded a bit uncertain. He would make it his utmost duty to impress her father and win him over. He had one chance only. It was either instant acceptance and adoration...or instant hatred.
He's not going to be an easy man to fool...not when it comes to his only daughter...but I can win him over.
