Really? The thing doesn't actually increase the strength of the jutsu that absorbs it. But eh, I'll just say using other jutsu cancels this out.

I have no clue.
Some idiot stole customs from people he thought quit and added them to lists.
They did the same to Kemuri.

Oh it's fine and I don't mind, it just confused me - I'm going through and looking at what techniques I need to learn, and I see my own custom on there and I"m like WTF? I didn't put this in yet... -shrugs-

Well the thing I came up with WAS a Sand technique. Now, if my Wind Vacuum or my Reisei Waru or something got moved to common threads, THEN I'd be pissed as hell.
EDIT: Everything after this was added on after I put in the original post.
AND I"M PISSED> SANITY SHATTER GOT PUT IN THE UNIVERSAL GENJUTSU> WHO THE ******** DID THAT!
Oh I"m going to ******** KILL someone. Not only is Reisei Waru (Sanity SHatter) in there, Reisei Naosu is! THAT"S IN THE WRONG DAMN THREAD IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Give me the name of the b*****d. Even my Vacuum technique got put in the open threads. I don't care if the Sand shinobi know my Rasensunakirei. But those other things were meant for me and me alone.

Shane. Would you be a dear and at least move Reisei Naosu to the Medical technique thread? I won't ask that you remove these techniques, because I have no clue if there are people who have learned them by now or not, but I would appreciate it if only medical ninja can use the MEDICAL technique.
