The nasty taste of the aspirin already in his mouth, Bakura just turned his head to the side and spat it out, making a face. He then accepted the water, drinking it to get the taste out of his mouth.

Rei sighed figuring he would do that. "bakura watch me..." once she had his attetion the took one of the extra asprin in her mouth and swalowed. she opened her mouth to show it wasent here "there see..swalow it whole like...a small fruit!I've seen you swalow then whole before."

Bakura frowned, but took another (maybe she brought three?) aspirin, mocking what she had done, this time, luckily, doing it right. He waited a moment. "My head still hurts. I don't see how it works."

"I'd better..." Bakura complained softly, laying back down, wrapping himself up in a blanket. "So, Ryouuu..." Vadin had found Ryou as the boy was getting dress. Luckily he was fairly decent, meaning he had jeans on. His clothes still fit. "I missed you. And Khalid. I wish Kira would'a stayed in Egypt or whatever, 'cause then I could ravage you whenever I wanted without having to worry about consequences."
Ryou sighed as he dried his hair with a towel, then shaking his head violently. Looking in the mirror, he ran his hand through it once or twice, then decided that that was good enough. "Vadin, you've got no manners. When did you get here? Did you even knock?"

kira who had showered and dressed in jeans and a loose shirt came in "vadin go away" she said. she smiled at ryou then "shower feel nice?"

"Nearly scalded myself, but it was worth it." Ryou said cheerfully, as Vadin slumped away, mumbling about how no one wanted him and how he felt unloved. "You?"

~three months later~
Kira sat on the couch eating a bowl of chips. Her stomach had swelled as the baby growed inside her.
Kawi and ember sat on the floor playing a racing video game.
Rei was resting in bed at the moment. Her stomach was much larger that kiras because the doctor said she was exspecting twins.

It was obvious to everyone that Bakura didn't like it here. Even though he tried, for Rei's sake alone, he didn't try very much. He only learned enough English to get by, and didn't figure out what things were or how they worked or why. He constantly had to take aspirins, and spent a lot of time alone. He had been coaxed into being elsewhere by Atem, however, even if he didn't like it. They were watching Kawi and Ember play, and Bakura didn't like it. The lights made his head hurt. The pharaoh, however, was practically the opposite of Bakura. After it managed to get through his head that he was no longer in charge, he tried to make peace with people. He got help from Yugi and now spoke English fluently, and was starting on Japanese. He seemed to have forgotten about his love for Bakura, maybe, even though he hung around the thief a lot, trying to get him to do various things and learn things. Bakura was just seeming so lifeless lately, though... Ryou was the happiest he had been since he could last remember. Bakura, his yami, didn't seem to come out, and that was perfectly fine by him. Khalid and Vadin also weren't around, which was great as well. He got to spend time with Kira, and all the others. He was sitting next to her on the couch as well, working on a crossword puzzle.
