After turning on the water and getting completely naked, Billy comes up behind Dom and kisses up his shoulder and neck.

Dom could have done it himself, but it would have taken a lot longer... and it would have been a lot less fun. Once that's done, they're both nekkid, and so I do believe they go into the shower.
