Happy Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful for having met such awesome people here at our guild, and I'm especially thankful for Willa and Robynn putting up with my crazy antics and schedule and for not being able to do as much as I wish I could do for the guild all the time. :3 I'm also quite thankful that ALL the mods/assistants are such awesome people in general. Then again, so is everyone in the guild. ^_^ Hope you all got to enjoy the holiday with your friends and family, and I also hope there was much food, celebration, and rejoicing.

Wow, what a day. Got up and made brownies ( and sprinkled choc chips on top because there's not enough chocolate in fudge brownies), then hopped in the shower to meet my in-laws at the theater. Watched Harry Potter ( AMAZING) then came back here to grab all the grub and take it over to their house. To my amazement, Chris was already awake, so she got to enjoy a LOT more Thanksgiving with us than we thought. We played Zombie Dice
for a few hours, then ate when the turkey was done (BBQ'd it). Too back it took longer for the coals to be ready than we estimated. Poor Chris had to take her plate with her to work. After dinner, we played more Dice. It's a really fun game, and incredibly simple. 5 year olds have NO trouble understanding it.
Got home around 10, cleaned the kitchen up from last night's choc chip cooking marathon baking, and this morning and the brownies.
I'M DONE!

Quiet day, just me and hubby . . . and ALL the kittens, parading around in front of the oven . . "is it done yet, is it done yet?" . . . turkey turned out great, brand new sweet potato recipe was wonderful, and we had more than we needed to eat.
