The people in the Castel aren't going to get the Sannin spot you realize.
Why? Because Sannin ain't just a rank - it's a sign of the Kage trusting the person she gives that rank. All of you off in the Castel are basically NOT Grass shinobi, you aren't loyal to her - you're loyal to Shane's RPC. You might be classified as Grass ninja, but you have never even TALKED to Dandii's RPC.

About a month? Kleine's been around for almost 3.
And Isacc has been around for the same period of time, yet you've been asking for a Jounin exam, no? Plus, Firu said Oto residents could go from AS to Jounin in a week, so my leap is nothing in comparison.

I do plan on doing more in grass in the future.

We're an organization, not a village... and we protect grass. The Castel is only the home of Blitzkrieg temporarily. Also, Kleine HAS talked to Aki, and we're even planning for her to adopt him. Would she not trust her own son? He may be a merciless b*****d, but he's good at hiding it, when he needs to.
