Kasuga steals my thunder... I knew all this peace talk was nonsense. Meanwhile Quote: In January 1985, two armed robbers broke into Drescher's and Jacobson's Los Angeles apartment. While one ransacked their home, the other raped Drescher and a girl friend at gunpoint. Jacobson was also physically attacked, tied up, and forced to witness the entire ordeal. It took Fran many years to recover, and it took her even longer to admit this to the press. I think this is like.. the only thing I'm afraid of. Having to witness someone raping the woman I love and being unable to stop it. I mean yes she was the one who got raped but.. how did her husband feel as a man? Unable to fulfill one of the primary duties of the man in a relationship. Unable to protect your wife at the time when she needs you the most. How does a guy deal with something like that? Jesus Christ... depresses me just thinking about it.

The last comics I read, were Dark X-men, and the Necrosha one shot. I am also liking the marvel zombies at the moment. I have found myself buying the older issue's of witch blade mostly.
I was rather mad when I saw my little brother with an X-men manga, of which they made it into a romance piece of crap.
Do you like that series?
@ Crawley, I am not sure, we'd have to merely conduct relations over OOC.

I'd never be able to face my woman if something like that happened.
I'd never see myself the same and I'd be too afraid that she wouldn't see me the same either.

Yeah, I understand that. I feel pretty much the same, I wouldn't be able to look at myself if that s**t went down.
Little along my woman. I wouldn't even be able to fathom how she felt about me, it is far too messed up to think about.

So my family is now the proud owner of Crested Gecko named Tokarev, or 'Toke' for short. I don't get to pick it up till tonight, but my kids are already excited and its terrarium is all set, disinfected and ready to go.
Ive missed keeping reptiles, but I think my wife is more excited than I am.

Congrats, Dante!
It's unrelated, but a friend of mine from years ago used to have... an iguana, I believe. That thing was massive.

That's a pretty cool project, but I kinda wonder what their neighbors thought of all that. Two weeks worth of rehersal just to get it to sound right. I liked it more when it got into the proper beat towards the middle.

ragingtofu Congrats, Dante! It's unrelated, but a friend of mine from years ago used to have... an iguana, I believe. That thing was massive. Thank you, heh well at max Crested's grow to be about 8 inches long, so its never going to be huge. But they are hearty docile animals that I don't have to worry about my kids mere presence stressing it to death.

Dante: Mm. Since the 6th grade I had owned finches. They actually lived relatively long for such small birds, though the original two (Sonny and Cher, who I strangely brought home the very day that Sonny Bono died) have long since died. We have three now - gray zebra finches, compared to the original ones we had, which were white. All males, as a few years back all the females died at the same time, in the same place, and we never figured out exactly why.
Also, my parents have a dog now, a samoyed, which they got shortly after I moved out. The thing is a white fluffball of terror.
Sun: ... oops.
*Runs off before the cops show up.*
... also groceries. Back in a bit.
