Dr. Fomite Akimbo The kitty mauled me, Mala. She was panicking because the first kitten was coming out wrong and stuck, so my mom had to help her and it hurt. So I was trying to keep her calm and from running off..she didn't like it so she freaked out and like, mauled my hand. It's all cut up and bruised. xd
USE DISINFECTANT!
Kitties can be pretty vicious, even when they hardly mean to be. sweatdrop I get scratched up on a pretty regular basis, although it's usually not very bad. I went and scrubbed down my hand after she did it with hot water and soap. sweatdrop I don't blame her, I understand that it hurt a whole lot..especially since she was trying to push it out for like, two hours. Poor kitty. She's all better now, though and insanely protective of her babies. They're all so cute. Wish my hand felt better, though, she better remember her mauling and make it up to me later. crying

ARGGHHHH! IT BURNNNSS!
I got a bad sunburn yesterday from boating all day. >_<
If it was on my arms or something, I wouldn't mind, but no, they have to be on my shoulders and shoulderblades... *sigh*
I wish the skin would just hurry and fall off. emo
In other news, I got a perfect on my stats test yesterday. So, woo hoo!

Akimbo Fishstick had her babies! 4laugh As of right now this morning, there are five healthy kittens upstairs with their mother. All of them some sort of grey and white or grey, white, black, with touches of brown. We were worried about the first one being stillborn, because it took her so long to deliver it and we were sure that it was dead. But it wasn't! He's a little b*****d, though. He keeps crawling all over the place and not settling down..he's my favorite of them so far. We have three boys and two girls. Yay for Fishstick, I'm so proud of her. heart Yay, Kittens! 4laugh

Hopefully it doesn't get infected, that would suck and she'd owe me even more than her lovable babies. sweatdrop The first two she had a hard time with, the damn kittens wanted to be born tail first. We got the first one out and then the second one started coming, and my mom was all, "Oh s**t.." but after those two the rest came easily within 30 or so minutes between 'em. We're just glad that all of them are okay and moving around. The first one we were sure was dead, but then it came out just yowling. Then then the fourth one came out and it wasn't moving at all and we were worried it was dead, then after a little while it started yowling, too, and moving around. When I get the chance and she's not so protective, I'll try to gather 'em up and take pictures. They're really cute. heart

We've got a super-cute little Corgi puppy boarding through the weekend. I've been spending much of the day carrying him around. He's like a pie filled with cute. heart
