Granted but you only get 1 small bitter berry that your pokemon hate.
I wish that I could get any shiny even on a wimpy pokemon.

Granted, but now shinies are common to everyone and regular Pokemon become the "rare" special type that you can catch.
I wish that when your Pokemon got poisoned that the stat would be removed once you withdraw it from battle, like confusion.

Granted, but then once you send it back out to battle, it re-gains poison if it is facing the same pokemon, or a pokemon of that breed. I wish 4kids would send over the pokemon rights to someone else.

Granted, but the story goes to crap and the art is no longer the same but something along the lines of...er...something along the lines of...uh.../shiftyeyes...Stick 'n' Around (I hope someone remembers that show)
I wish that you could fly places other than towns, like to routes.

Granted, but whenever you are exploring a route, you are randomly landed upon by a giant flying pokemon that is flying a different trainer around.
I wish that someone had corrupted my wish on the last page instead of just skipping over it. (That's right, BlueRoyal, you know who did it...)

ShadowOfPersephone Raijin36 i wish empoleon had a higher sp. att stat and a higher att stat Granted, but the only moves they can learn are Tail Whip, Leer, Growl, Screech, and Splash. I wish that older Pokemon games were not so hard to find/expensive to buy. Whoops...quoted the wrong wish. Ok well I fix: Granted, but now it costs you 1000GaiaGold to use it Mr. Turtle. Same wish for me though.

Granted, you find it in some secret compartment of your washing machine, and is unplayable, because it has gone through, like, hundreds of cycles.

Granted, but then you are challenged by another pokemon master, and that master sends out a Crawdaunt and uses Guillotine on you.
I wish there were an all-Pokemon version of brawl. (I want to see a better corruption.)
