Gix only laughed at the tingle of the mold running into his joints and with the muttering of some Phyrexian words invoked the power of Yawgmoth. The darkness surrounded Gix and infested him. And what did the darknes eat? The mold of course. But left Gix's phyrexian metal hide and already dead flesh alone. The darkness ran into the ground and disapated leaving Gix free of most damage with some minor metal damage from where the mold had settled.

((OOC: and you do realize Ivan got plowed into by a 7'4'' inch tall, 687 pound metal construct running at full speed right? He's either dying of suffocation from having his chest cavity crushed in from the ram or in an agony from having all the bones Gix ran into snapped under such a force. Either way. It's not pretty.))

((OOC: Mold isn't heavy enough to weight him down when he was already running at full speed by the time he got contacted by the mold. Momentum would be too great to suspend with mold or any light semi solid. It doesn't matter if you're human or not. Think of the force that just impacted. It's going to do some major damage))

Gix was already on path to him using the time it took Ivan to stand to gain the advantage in placement. Afterall. if his legs had taken the brunt of the impact it would take quite a lot of work to repair them enough for a stand. Plenty of time for Gix to walk on over and get in Ivan's face. When Ivan finally managed to stand the preator was less than five feet from him. Without wasting his breath on words he took two quick steps forward and slung his left closed fisted metal hand at Ivan's face.

Gix snorted "What business does a weakling like you have against Lord Yawgmoth anyway? You seem bent on egging him into a fight yet you cannot stand against me. How ever do you hope to win against someone like that? Your unprovoked verbal assaults are amusing. I will let you run like a coward instead of standing your ground like a real man." Gix stated crossingh is arms over his metallic chest plate. He had an extreme distaste for any man that would run from a fight in such a manner. Even egging Gix to 'follow' Gix spat a thick black blotch of phyrexian oil like a humanoid would spit saliva in disrespect. "Pathetic worm" Gix drudged off vanishing in the same purple colored portal he had appeared in.
