Nodding, he rubs the back of his neck while brooding on the decription of the uniforms. "I'll ask Toshiyo to e-mail the council members while I look... Are you sure there is nothing else you can tell me?"

Thinking about it, she looked back to him. "Only.. That they mentioned something about blood.. I didn't hear much more." She smiled apologetically, she wasn't much help.
