Kekkaishi could not help but smile." kikyo i tought i tought you better then to add sugar to cury? and if you do it has to be the right amount. i still do not know how she did it but grandma once made sweet cury for you..... it tasted way to sweet to me. but oh well. and kanshin she makes excelent deserts. but regular cooking.... she beat up the chef that ws trying to teach her to use sea salt...." he enjoyed having soemone to talk about kikyo with. kekkaishi decided to eat with his left hand, putting his right one around kikyo's waist." i noticed you dont really put on the mask anymore kikyo"

Kanshin laughed lightly and nodded. "I could see Kikyo-sempai doing something like that. She always cringes when she sees salt for some reason.""Salt brings up the horrable memory of the first time Kekkaishi cooked for me... Gods that was aweful.""I'm sure it's not as bad as you make it out to be, sempai~."Kikyo shook her head with a sigh before smiling lightly and putting her head against kekkaishi's shoulder, being careful so that way she wouldn't get anything on his robes. "I do, but Kanshin doesn't get why I wear it so she steals it fom time to time and throws it to who knows where." I don't throw them. I burn them. "So, yeah, I've had to get use to the feeling of not having that cloth on my face... I still feel undressed without it, but, eh, it's not as big of a deal as it was before."

his whole body seem to relax further as she placed her head on his shoulder. and his eyes completetly melted there was no trace of a ninja in his eyes or countence." it was that bad. i am used to cooking with a lot of salt..... i gave her some salty soup i belive but i added abotu a halfgram of extra sea salt." he laughed as he remembered the memory." whell the good thing is i can kiss you easier now..... the bad thing is so can evryone else. kahnshin why do you burn her mask?" he laid a soft kiss on her forehead as he continued to eat. griping her waist a little tighter as an irrational fear that this was illusion and that he was still in the room gripped him. as he eat and looked at her tough he calmed back down

Kanshin gave a squeak and then covered her mouth, so it was hard to tell if she hiccuped or if she was squeaking because she'd been caught. Kikyo knew which it was and shot Kanshin a dirty loo. "You've been burning my masks? Damn... no wonder I can never find them."Kanshin blushed lightly and looked down with a pout, giving the genral look of a sad puppy being yelled at, and her tone seemed to match perfectly. "I'm sorry, Kikyo-sempai and Kekaishi-kun... I only thought that maybe if she wasn't always hidng her face and stuff that maybe she would be more willing to open up and stuff... And I was right." She looked up to them with a sheepish expression and very small smile as though asking for forgiveness. Of course, it worked for Kikyo. It tended to work on Kikyo. She sighed in annoyance and waved her hand to dismiss it. "Eh, what ever. No one's tried anything in a long time, so I don't care."

kekkaishi just smiled." the scent of kikyo kinda lingers on your fingers. i guessed you burned them becouse no one just gives away things like masks. and it did work..... i am indebted to you kanshin you have doen a lot while i barely even managed to crack the stone to her heart." once he was finished with his dish he poured some sake for himself. and looked at the girls." would any of you liek some sweet sake? no more then two cups if you are not a heavy drinker" he took a small sip of it to make sure it was not to strong." oh yeah for desert today i think i will you kanshin decide what you whant."

Kanshin grinned widely to Kekkaishi. "It wasn't easy, you know. Kikyo-sempsi's so stubborn!"Kikyo huffed and frowned. "I am not stubborn." Ironically, she said this with an extremely stubborn and defensive tone. She the looked up to Kekkaishi and hugged his arm lightly. "That isn't true. You've been more of an influence than I let you believe. And I'll gladly take some sake."Kanshin hled up her hand and shook her head. "No sake for me, please. I might finally be old enough for it, but I still don't think I'm ready for it. I can't even handle the stuff they give to kids on New Year's. It makes me sleepy..." She giggled and stuck her tongue out before looking up with a thoughtful expression. "Hmm... Chocolate cake with pudding inside~!"Kikyo looked to Kanshin and tilted her head to the side. "Pudding inside cake? Is that possible? You made that up, didn't you?""With raspberries on top!""Hey, don't ignore my question."

Joker only flipped a coin in his hand a few times. He heard there was going to be a chuunin exams coming up. SO he best start killing up people before they could enter. He only placed his hands in his pockets and started to walk slowly through the village. As his girls trailed behind him slowly. They each wore a plane white mask making them all look alike. He only placed a small stick in his mouth as he saw one girl the girl of his dreams.
"Hmm there she is.."
Joker smiled. That largely childish smile that he had. The crush that he had on her for over six years now. He just wanted to carve her up sooooo bad. If only she gave him the chance. If only she let him penetrate her it would be so nice. He only licked his lips once or twice. As he walked towards Kikyo.
"so nice to emet you again...We have so much business to attend to don't we?"
Joker laughed.

Kekkaishi could not help but smile. he whent to the kitchens and brought out exactly what kanshin ordered. he served a slice to evryone making sure to put some sake on kikyo's glass."kikyo.... i cant belive that.... he blinked staring outside of his window." kikyo. i belive someone came to heaven just to see you." he grabbed kikyos hand faintly signing with his free hand at kashin to be ready to fight.he dd not like the look of the guy. he began to think that heaven should be sealed to all those that are not blood or friends.

Joker. Kikyo had never met the guy personally (this she had been rather greatful for), but the many stories she had heard... This could only mean trouble for her. How had he, of all people, gotten into the village? Seriously, those stupid uards that were supposed to inspect all that came through really needed to be fired since they were obviously a waste of time and money. She stood up, thanking herself for not even trying the sake when he had come, as she lightly gripped Kekkaishi's hand. "Joker. What a misfortune t find you within my village. I have a feeling you know of me if you'e hunting me down, so I can only guess your business is unwelcome business to me. We were just about to finish our dinner, so if you would kindly get the hell out of this house and leeav me alone, I would be most appreciative."Kanshi quickly got out of her seat and picked Kia up, hiding behind Kekkaishi and Kikyo with Kia at her side in a protective stance. If only Hido were here. Then he'd be able to scare Joker away or at least take the girls some where safe... Well, he'd take Kanshin and Kia willingly. Kikyo he would probably just say best of luck to her.

Joker only pressed his lips together as he looked at the sky. She was such a rude girl. He only put his finger against his cheek and pointed to himself innocently.
"ME? I never harmed a fly..I have killed a few people but never have I hurt anybody else..That didn't have it coming."
Joker laughed. Joker then turned his head as he stared at her.
"Me hunt you down..You are the love of my life. How Could I live without you. I don't want to kill you I want you to be forever mine..So what do you say..We can kill the world together..Or are you waiting on your boyfriend to save you.."
Joker said with a slight grin. He only looked and the girls behind him shook there heads. They only watched what there master did. They hadn't moved a muscle. Only the wind that blew through them made them sound like they were laughing.
"Anyways..are you going to be in the chuunin exams..I would love to see you there..Its been 5 lonnnnng years.."
Joker licked his lips.
"And I never want to be away from you that long again.."

'Wh....whats going on...?'
Still heavy lidded by sleep, Kia stood wobbly behind someone, rubbing her eyes to clear her vision.
"Did I sleep to long?" she half yawned, then stopped, eyes snapping awake and jaws still ajar.
A new, very unpleasant scent had filled her senses just then, nearly choking her. Sure, the smell of food and sake was a big wake up call, and the smell of the strange man oddly holding Kikyo's hand was an interesting addition, but all were drowned out by the scent of another being. A being who ment harm. Now the girl was suddenly alert, all her tiredness and comfort gone, instead to be replaced by a strong sense of dread. In front of her was Kikyo and the nicer man confronting the very bad man, whoever he was. Kanshin also stood infront of her, a barrier. 'This is bad....' she sums up. 'It has to be for all of them to be on guard.' Then she too tensed, fear bubbling up her throat like bile.

Kikyo growled lightly. This guy just seemed wrong in so many ways. She didn't like the way he looked at her, talked to her, or even talking illy of Kekkaishi. Especailly the part about him talking illy of Kekkaishi. She had just gotten him back, damn it. She didn't want to lose him again so quickly. She huffed lightly, leaning her head against Kekkaishi's shoukder while glaring him down. "Funny, I've heard you seem to say that to a lot of young women. The love of your life seems to come in many shapes and clans, doesn't she? Sorry, but I'm taken and happily so. I'm also trying to behave myself and be good, so I'll have no interest in becoming a mass murderer like you. I am trying to set an example for some of my younger friends."Kanshin looked down to Kia, seeing that she was finally awake. What a wake up for the poor girl. Kikyo had finally brought her to Hidden Heaven like she had promised a while ago only to get to see Joker. She hid her fear as best as she could and smiled lightly while talking quietly to Kikyo. "Kikyo-sempai, should I take Kia-chan else where?"Kikyo glanced back to Kanshin and then down to Kia with a stoic expression. "Only when she asks to be taken. I don't think it's fair to drag her off againsther will, even for her safety." She turned her attention back to Joker, her expression hard to read. "Should I find the time to join, perhaps I will do the exams. But I have been busy the past five years with other business and that may be the case once more. Why should it matter to you?"

Joker only placed one finger in his mouth as he chewed on it softly. He only read her face slowly. She hated him so much. He could feel it. That only made him smile that much more as he turned to see the girl behind him. He crouched own besides her and smiled brightly.
"My Name Is Joker. Have I met you before? You seem fun..Do you want to play a game? Let's play why she is playin soooo hard to get..."
Joker then stood back up straight giving his attention back to the girls. He only stuck his hands in his green hair. He pulled his hands through his green hair as he laughed a bit more.
"Hmm the other girls of other clans..Oh yeah..Well they were just a booty call..I really want you."
Joker smiles a wide toothy grin exposing his pearly whites. He then continues to walk around. As he stops again finally staring at them.
"Mass Murder? I think that means murdering in the Masses..I am more or less a Ninja who kills with or without cause..A serial Murderer.. Yeah there we go..But I wanted to know if you were going to be in the exams..So I can kill you there..But I guess not huh?"
Joker said as he started to head towards the door. He crouched won besides Kia again.
"What about you..want to become a big strong Chuunin? I can stab you right now to see if you can actually make it to the final round.."
Joker said with a sadistic smile. As he pulled out one of his knives.

Only one thought was in Kia's mind when the green haired psyco kneeled infront of her, making her skin crawl hard enough that she shook. His sick grin, his smell, looks, everything about him screamed danger, but she didn't need her instincts to tell her that. His chi was baked in menace. He was the predator, she the prey, that was what she had always been conditioned to think. And now, that condition was put to practice. Reflexively, with speed only she could hold, she cocked her frail arm and lashed out, sending two very small and sharp nailed fingers into his eyes then leaped away even quicker. 'I may not be very strong, but you'll never catch me.' she thinks then yells in a voice and manner contradicting her usuall demener.
"Dont touch me you mangy, half-balled a**!"

Kikyo quickly reacted and grabbed Kia befre hissing to her, "Don't do stupid things, Kia, unless you want to get yourself killed." Yes, the way she put it was meant to scare her, but at the same time she knew the young girl would know she was looking out for her best interest, no matter how cold it came off. She passed her to Kanshin and nodded her head to the side. "Get her out of here before she does something stupid again."Kanshin quickly took Kia away from Kikyo and nodded. Oh, she was s willing to get away from Joker. She was a pacifist, and she hated the thought of fighting, let alone fighting some one as scary as him. Kikyo and Kekkaishi could handle themselves, right? "Come on, Kia-chan. Why don't we go explore Hidden Heaven? I'll show you one of the edges so you can see we're really flying." With that, Kanshin used body flicker and quickly took them out of the house. Kikyo ran a hand through her white hair and breathed deeply before letting it out slowly. "I have no interest in you the way you do me. I only have feelings for Kekkaishi, it is has and will be that way for as long as I live. As to your challenge, I may have to go to the chuunins now just to show that I'm not some one to mess with."
