BT - omfg. 50lb isnt going to make you have a heart attack. As long as you're working out, you'll be fine.

Scientifically, being even 20 lbs overweight increases your chances for health risks.

BakaTulip Scientifically, being even 20 lbs overweight increases your chances for health risks. (shakes head) lol whatever. I guess being lighter weight has more pull over those chances then regular exercise.

BakaTulip ...Akurei, I'm clinically obese. 50 lbs overweight. I carry the weight decently but it's still a threat to my health Honey, I work out no less than three times a week, I watch my diet and I'm still clinically 40 pounds overweight. You know what? When I started exercises and "dieting" (not really a diet, just more fruits and veggies, less sugar) I GAINED those forty pounds. I was normal range when I started; I had just wanted to stay that way. However, I've lost inches/dress size or two, so I know it's all muscle now. Which weighs 2 1/2 times more than fat. So, as long as you're living a "healthy lifestyle" weight shouldn't be an issue with your health. Oh, and sign up for belly dancing lessons; I swear they're great exercise and you don't HAVE to perform. (And it's hilarious to get reactions from people who were taught that it was naughty dancing when you tell them you're taking them. Just remind them it's only in a class setting and you don't necessarily have to perform any routine you learn. Just have fun with it.)

Ah...whoops... my brain is kinda dead... it's all that college. My brain is full to capacity and is gonna go boom..
Oh! Great story. My friend who has been the uberhetero since I came out, told me yesterday that she had a crush on a girl.... she also went as far as to give me the message that she would "do anything except eat her out"... and then went on to ask if that automatically disqualified her from liking girls...
Though I feel like I'm secretly rooting for them to work out as a couple... does that make me a bad person.
