if the screen stopped moving,(and is a nano or regular)
Flip the hold switch on and off a few times, then press the center button and menu. hold them and it should reset.

I dropped it on the ground outside art class on Friday, and it worked fine afterward, but when I plugged it in just now to charge, it popped up that it was corrupted...
And now it won't restore properly!

poor ketsu.
I think you need to go get a replacement.
if oyu got it at best buy, they shouldve offered a replacement program for like, 20$ extra. ther replace it if the program is corrupted or the battery runs out.
oh, and i posted ryu.
