Kathryn did the only thing she could, she hit the floor hard, the spell thankfully missing her. With out a pause she stood slowly, wincing as her bones grinded togather. "Moron."

with lightning quick movements she pointed her wand at 'Michael' "Petrificus Totalus!" She called out, hoping it worked but in cause it didnt. She had no problums with using more desperet messures. "Stupefy!" She cast, walking forward even as she casted the spell.

Rule one. Hold your ground
Rule two. bind your oppenet or un-arm them
Rule three. defeat your oppenet soundly at any means.

These were the rules she was taught at her former school. These are the rules she fallowed.

"Silencio!" she cast the silencing charm, fallowing it up with "Expelliarmus" The disarming spell. In hopes to at least, should the rest of her spells fail, to disarm her oppentet. Hopefully the onslout would by Mckenzie enough time.

*He dodged the barrage of attacks with grace and speed. He threw down his wand as he heard the common room door fly open and the sound of hurried footsteps coming up the stairs* Help! She's attacking me! *He shouted. He ran and hid behind Professor Dumbledore and McKenzie as they entered the room* She's gone mad Headmaster, don't let her kill me, I didn't do anything! *He said as he trembled with fright*

Dumbledore didn't say anything, he looked at McKenzie his eyes serious. "Pick up Ms. O'Riley, we're going to escort both to the infirmary where hopefully Madam Pomphrey has recovered enough from an earlier attack that she can tend to her." He gave a cold glance at Michael. "I have already given instructions to Professor McGonagle for an interogation office near the infirmary to be set up. All sides will be heard and under careful watch." With this he looked at both Michael and Kathryn.

Dumbledore turned to Michael, took his arm and escorted him out while McKenzie went and carefully scooped up the Irish girl. It felt like forever had passed befor they reached the infirmary where Madam Pomphrey was sitting in a bed and instructing nurses on what to do. At the sight of Michael she went pale, but continued giving instructions on what to do to help Kathryn. McKenzie sat, mostly transformed back into a normal state, in a chair watching as the Irish girl was attended to and Michael was escorted into an ajoining room by Professor McGonagle. She figured it was mostly likely for the interogation. Before Dumbledore entered the room he stopped in front of McKenzie, his face serious.

His voice was hushed as he spoke so no adjacent ears could hear. "I was afraid something like this would happen... do you wish to help Faith?"

McKenzie nodded, but bowed her head. "I'd love to, but how can you un-kill someone?"

He reached deep into his robes and pulled out a small necklace with an hourglass in the center and a small piece of parchment. "This goes against all codes of conduct, using it for what you're about to do. Just do it wisely Ms. Wallace, for Faith's life is counting on you. " With that he turned and entered the interogation room.

McKenzie looked at the necklace briefly before opening the parchment. On the paper was scrawled instructions on how to use a Time Turner.

McKenzie glanced around and snuck out of the infirmary. She wanted a private place to read the instructions and the only place she knew was the dorm. She ran silently to the dorm, skidding to a stop at the sight of Faith. She could feel her heart break at the sight of her. She went and sat on the bed next to Faith, carefully reading the instructions. With a nod she took a deep breath, glancing at Faith one last time. She leaned over and kissed the girl on the forehead and right before she was going to turn the hour glass over, she saw it. A small vile sitting next to Faith's bed. She picked it up, looking at it with curiousity. She uncorked it and too a sniff, the smell making her gag. It was then that Kathryn's words hit her. "Polyjuice... It's not a nick name... it's a substance." She stood in an instant, running over to her trunk and flipping open the lid. After a minute or two of searching she found the advanced potions book she'd checked out from the library a few weeks ago and flipped through it. It wasn't long before she found the page she wanted. "Polyjuice has the ability to change appearances." She skimmed the pages, looking over the ingrediants. Didn't Snape say he was missing ingrediants from his office a while back? s**t! Michael's not Michael! She snapped the book shut and ran over to the boy's dorm, throwing open the door to Michael's room. With a pure rage she went over to his trunk and pulled off the lock. Upon opening the trunk she found all that she needed... The ingrediants to the polyjuice and multiple little vials. She shook with rage, her eyes turning a pure gold. She opened her other hand, the Time Turner still there. "It's time I show this son of a b***h who not to mess with." She held the little hour glass and turned it as per the instructions.

There was a whirling in front of her as time seemed to rewind. And then it stopped. She was still in Michael's room, but there was loud talk outside as groups made their way to the Great Hall. When she heard the fateful words "No. It's her loss. Come on, we don't want to be late" she felt relief flood through her. She had only a few moments to get everything in order.

She turned and opened Michael's trunk once more, taking a vial from it and stashing it in her robes. From there she ran off to the Great Hall, taking all the back passagesso as not to be seen. She had to let Professor Dumbledore know what was going to happen.

*Faith was tackled to the floor just seconds before the spell would strike her. She looked at McKenzie, then to her father* Run! *She said urgently as she got to her feet, jerking the girl up next to her, and ran as fast as she could down the corridor. She could hear her father chasing after them. She let out a terrified cry as a blast of magic struck the walls and floor inches away from them* If you've got any bright ideas, now's the time to share them! *She said to McKenzie, still at a full run*

*Faith looked at McKenzie confused by her words before running back to the dorm. A few minutes later she bolted through the door, slamming it shut. She panted heavily with exhaustion* McKenzie! Where are you? *She called, her voice full of urgency*

McKenzie had been lost in thought in the bathroom, her emotions a wreck. When she heard the door open and slam shut, she jumped to her feet and ran out of the bathroom. She could tell by Faith's tone of voice that something was horribley wrong. She came skidding out of the bathroom, stopping just short of Faith. Her first thought was "damn she looks good", but she voiced her second thought. "What's wrong Faith?" Her voice held deep concern and worry.

Kathryn silently steped out of the shadows, placing a hand on Faith's should for a short moment before turning to reguard the both of them. "He had us all fooled." She stated blandly, glancing at McKenzie but for the most part keeping a eye on the common room and the door to the halls.
