well.... if the ship did come out of storyline....... you couldnt just destroy it... if you did there would be more... comeing from a guy that knows alot about military tactions(hint why i'm so good at hand to hand combat) when a ship finds something, they dont expect... you send out reports to there higher commanders.... they send scouts first.. then the ships grow in size... if this ship is truely comeing for the planet.... we should be getting ready for war... against the imperial army... because they would know exactly where we are now... and would want us gone as soon as possible...... death to jedis.

well I assume since mara jade has been on the planet posing as a jedi that the empire knows about us
and as for sending more ships after this one dies... I have that allready covered. this is a ship on a solo mission trying to get in with the emporer, if it fails the emporer wouldnt care, in fact this messes up the emporers final plan so he'll be glad to be rid of it.

"OH NO, EVERYONE HAS DIED FROM UNKNOWN CAUSES! SOMEONE SAVE OUR ASSES!!"
The ship explodes. Mechanical failure. The Captain of the ship is killed. First Officer wanting extra-credit in the backstabbing Empire killed him to look good. Even if they had a Sith onboard, and it's unlikely, it wouldn't really help because of the nature of the planet and the reason Yoda chose it to wait and prepare the first of the new Jedi.

New here, would like to know how to go about jumping in to story.
