Okay, I plan on visting the Games Workshop and using my birthday money to buy another box of Arnies (Terminators) and a Vetren Boxed Set.
Then, I'm going to finish Gabriel Taralis and do his Honour Guard. Each one is going to have a knightly weapon and I'm having trouble.
So far I have:-
Sword Hammer Mace Axe
I need one more weapon, any help? I was thinking of using a Halberd or Spear? Or maybe a Lance. surprised

The Grey Knights have some very nice ones, if you are willing to work for it.

Much better than the crap they use now.

Just got my order, and it is A pain if the a** to file everything to perfection. I have spent what seems like the last three hours on it. For all the work though, it looks good.

Eh, I got lazy and stole my dad's tools. Power sander, b*****d file, Tile file, hacksaw... I use a ******** tool workshop for resin models. xd It's why it's so nice to actually be able to use a modelling file for a change.

DIY stores generally just have the basic workmans tools.. large b*****d files and the like.

Actually, it would not be so hard to get them, I just have not had any real need for them yet. Most of my conversions have been really simple, and require very little filing.

I just recruit Ophi's services. I'm getting a secondary chaplain made of the space marine veteran in errant armor with bits that definitely make the legs heresy armor.. http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefront/store.uk?do=Individual&code=9947010130007&orignav=10I hope that link works. The mace, as you can see, will become a customised Crozius using a moulded plastic imperial eagle (from the terminator sprue, or the one from the command squad sprue) and the other arm.. once again a combat weapon like a lightning claw. Double the chaplain, double the slaughter.

one major suggestion for all of you that spend hours and hours sanding cutting and over all busting your a** for that pertfect part;
Learn how to resin cast!
it's pretty simple, this months Finescale Modeler has an article on it and information about resin kits. I must warn you, NEVER copy a full part. It is illegal, you would be breaking Copyright Laws and that comes back to bite you in the a** HARD.
