Arigatou.... one moment...... *He finishes fixing the glass and rehangs the picture. After that he takes the cup of tea and slowly drinks from it* It's nice ^_^ I like it. I'm grateful for you letting me stay..... I'll try not to be any extra trouble

*the sides of kaiori's pale red lips move slightly as if she was going to smile or laugh but she keeps on her stone mask, maybe it was just a twitch* do you have a name then ?...

The stranger closed his eyes and looked at the floor for a moment.His lips moved silently,as if trying to form something.Images flashed through his mind,countless names.Horrible things,great things...None of them seemed to fit however.At least,they didn't seem to fit the new him.He opened his eyes again to shake his head softly."I....don't think I do...I'm sorry.."As he looked up to her he smiled slightly,a nervous smile.His blood-red eyes started to gently bubble,as if the pools really were pools.

*kaiori trails her hand down the cold glass of the window and blows on it so a small part of it is fogged with her breath, she starts to trace in it* everyone should have a name..you should pick one you like..I picked my last name...

The stranger remembered something and chuckled lightly at it.It wasn't a name,but rather an action.His chuckle held a tint of sadness to it.To think something so stupid had been considered an act of friendship by him.That he'd endanger something so valueable to make a point.To him it meant much more then a name,but he was scared to do so.It didn't seem appropriate at all.He found that his right hand moved to his side and started to idly caress a small knife.He'd trust only the precision of his mechanical right arm for such a job,and even so he wouldn't do it.Though,subconciously he'd already started."There...is something....so foolish....that I'm scared to attempt it.."

The stranger halted his hand.Moving a bit closer he nodded to himself and sat at her side.His left hand rested in his lap,his right hand rest on his right gun.He'd stay there,at her side,guarding her as she got much-needed sleep."Goodnight Kaiori...Sleep well..."

*Than chuckles* I see.... ^^;; well then..... oyasuminasai..... *He watches him fall asleep. He moves into the kitchen and washes up the empty cup before putting it away. He walks around the house, making some quiet thuds as he does so, putting things back in place*

Footfalls were common he assured himself.He knew in time Pet would sleep or the visitor would leave.He knew that anyone hostile who attempted anything would be met with all that he had.Every grain of his being.As Kai slept he couldn't help but feel as if he were guarding a precious treasure.The one person that could help him,but needed his help at the moment.He considered it to be just another twist in the world of mirrors he lived in.

He could tell Kai was asleep and that the only person who might be awake was whoever else was here* Guess I'll come back later...... for now it's time to put my defense into motion..... *He quietly opened the door and snuck out, determined to return by sunrise. The stranger decided to invest in some outside help.He didn't think Kaiori would approve of where he sought it,but it was for her best interests.Getting to his feet he smiled softly.The room was cold,so he gently moved her to the bed.He was sure to keep her asleep as he cleanedoff the bed and set her in it.Pulling the covers up to her chin to keep her warm he smiled."Goodnight..."He wanted to say more,even though she'd never hear him,but he refrained.Without warning he simply vanished.Leaving behind a simple spell,to warn him of any danger the room may be in.

The nameless one returned in a sudden instant to Kai's room.He smiled upon seeing all was in order.His talk with Mastema hadn't gone well,and so he'd have to rely on his own resources.Than planned to attack Apollo one way or another,but the stranger doubted it would work.Furthermore,he doubted Kai would want more blood shed in her name.He was caught up,not knowing what to do.It had been so terribly clear only moments ago,kill them all.Now,it was hazy.Sitting next to her bed he sighed softly,he leaned against it,his head level with the matress,giving him a clear view of the room.As he sat his hand drifted to his gun.He was determined to keep watch all night,even as his eyelids got heavier and heavier.

*Than quickly made his way back to the house. He quietly entered the house, closed the door, and sat in the chair closest to Kai's door. He wasn't going to be able to get to sleep. Using the energy he had, he started to go over in his head the possibilities of what could be done to keep Kai safe without making it look like she was being locked away. He also had a personal stake in this against Apollo, and it had nothing to do with what pain he'd caused kai..... this went deeper to him*.... Apollo-kun.... *He snaps back to thinking about the tactic he intended to use. He would do this for the rest of the night, along with thinking of what to say to Kaiori*

*late into the night kaiori had night terrors, the ring on her finger called her to Apollo, it flashed in her dark room and told her to go back to the demon leader* no...I won't..*she cried in her sleep as her small form curled up*
