The dragon turned, it was obvious Hiei had moved, and it opened it's jaws and grabbed onto Hiei's....................... boot. It now attempted to puncture it....
'Oh, it seems like the dragon is about to eat Hiei...... wait..... eat+Hiei+dragon=death'
It seemed to take Tori forever and he suddenly relized that.... everyone was in danger! He attempted to stand up. Fell back down. Attepted to crawl, broke another bone.... it was useless.... He then remembered.... did Keiko give him a healing herb thing? (let's just say she did... memory+me=foggy) He put his hand in his pocket and searched..... it wasn't there! He looked around and saw it... only feet away, mocking him....
He started to crawl. Crawl like hell it might seem. He wanted to help... really wanted to help......

"Hiei-sama!" Ashira shouted, coming in between the two now. She growled and brought her scythe up, slicing up from the nose and through the eyes. "You leave him alone!" she shouted.

Ashira "Hiei-sama!" Ashira shouted, coming in between the two now. She growled and brought her scythe up, slicing up from the nose and through the eyes. "You leave him alone!" she shouted. "Ashira! Be careful!" Hiei yelled, his eyes widening.

((Yes, I always thought they were boots. surprised )) The dragon got hit on the pieces of the jewel that where still on it's forehead. It roared yet again, letting go of Hiei's boot. It shook it's head and a sparkle of jewels fell out, it seemed only a bit was left. Tori had eaten the herb right when he got it, and felt rejuvinated.... only for a short while, he still had broken bones, and all that left was the pain. He used that chance to start flying.... He flew directly at the roaring dragon..... "Hey freak show! Over here you oversized lizard!" yelled Tori as he chucked a piece of wood he found before he flew. The dragon stopped roaring and slowely, growling, turned it's head towards it's would be prey. It remembered... didn't I kill that boy? Well, I might as well finish what I started....

Ashira knelt down next to Hiei and immediately looked him over, "Hiei-sama are you alright!?"

She bit her lip and looked back at the mangled mess of wing that dropped from her back. "... I'm fine.." she said softly. She looked down at her arm, which had been spiked with the dragon's tail.. in all actuality, she was far from alright.. with the wounds on her arm and her wing and the severe energy loss she had sustained earlier.. she was not fine.

The dragon flew straight at Tori, as if no one noticed. Tori brought his hand up, the small dagger he had on his belt up and ready, the dragon, jaws beared, ready for killing.
Anyone thinking to interrupt the flight might get killed, but.... Tori might die...
"Take this you scaly glob!" roared Tori as he stabbed the dagger repeatedly on the jewel..... but at a cost..... The dragon had gripped tight onto Tori, it's claws up to pin Tori to the ground, it also had it's fangs digging and ripping Tori apart.....
Repeatedly did Tori stab, and repeadtly did the dragon dig it's fangs.... it seemed in all the commotion, that this had happened so fast.....

"Yes, but we won't be much use if we just run in and get killed." He pointed out. "Let's at least think of a plan of some sort."
