When Devon landed in the doorway, he had no idea where it was. He changed out of his clothes and into Third Earth ones. he uncomfortably pulled at the shirt, wishing he was back at the Lifelight pyramid. He slowly exited the doorway and into the subway. He climbed up the stairs to the surface and when he reached it he just gaped.
"This is what Third Earth looks like? Amazing."
Something poked at his waist and he pulled out a strange looking device. He opened it and pressed the "send" button.
"Hopefully this can get me some information."

Before Artemis could reply, he heard a faint whirring noise, coming off of Lily.
"Lily. You're whirring. Or at least that cell phone of yours is."
That meant another traveler has arrived, or something close to that. He got up and looked at Christopher.
"Cristoph. Look after my laptop. I'm going back to the flume. I have a feeling that another traveler has arrived."
With that he left in the car. He reached the flume to see a strange green-hair young man standing there with the other cell phone staring at it oddly.
"Hey you! With the cell phone!"

Devon looked up at the strange man yelling at him and then stared at the device in his hands. A cell phone? What's that? he thought. He looked again and then grinned. Wow, who would have thought that I was using a low-tech item?
"Uh...are you talking to me? Cuz if you are then I have a few things to say to you."

"Here Chirstopher, I'll take it. I wish he wouldn't go darting off everywhere." She opened Artemis's laptop. "Huh. This is pretty high-tech, considering this thing's over three thousand years old here."

Artemis got up and went over to the green-haired kid. He stared into the gray eyes and quickly glanced at the dull stone ring around the ring finger of the left hand. He smiled again and adruptly grabbed the kid and threw him into the car. He got in the driver side and started up the engine.
As he drove back he turned the new kid and said, "Listen, this is not a kidnapping. You are not the only one who can travel the flumes. Truth to tell there are nine others like you. We are heading to meet the other six."
They arrived and the kid shakily stepped out. When they entered Lily was staring at his laptop.

"Artemis, you need to stop leaving randomly. And why'd you give me your laptop?" She paused when she saw another standing next to him. "Um, who's this?"

"I'm sorry, I truly am. If you know me better you'll know that my A.D.D. makes me do random things. Hey, the Traveler is a result of that. I gave you my laptop because the back-up generator might not give your computer enough juice. And this is...actually, I don't know who this is."

Devon stared quietly as the two discussed computers. It didn't look like it but he paid attention to every detail that was said. He was still getting the his head around the idea that the people in this room were like him. A Traveler.
"Oh, um. My name is Devon Zarda. Nice to meet you."
He looked at the one dubbed Artemis. Seemed normal enough. He noticed that Artemis's hair was spiked the same as his own, only a dull brown color. he also noticed an eyepatch on the right eye. By the looks of the scar tissue-no matter how faint- it looked like the eye was lost during a fight. But with what?
"What are your names?" Devon asked suddenly. He didn't normally like bluntness, but it was necessary. "I would like it if I knew your names. On Veelox, it is customary to give your names after I gave mine. Wouldn't want to be rude now." He grinned sheepishly at his little joke.

"Oh, sorry. I'm Lily, form Third Earth. This is my house. This is Artemis, from Second Earth, and that's Christopher from 1st earth. Over there on the couch is Ilandere from Zaada, Izzy from Cloral, Charade from Quillian, and... well, I'm still waiting for an introduction from the other. Welcome to Third Earth, I guess. Is anyone else hungry?" She shouted the last out to the entire room.

Devon nodded to each of the owners of the names when he heard them. He stopped and tried to speak several times when Lily said Zadaa, but couldn't.
Devon looked at Ilandere and recognized her from three years ago. "Ilandere. Looks. Familiar." he forced out. He looked directly at Ilandere and said, "You are a Rokador, no?"

"Oh," Eadoin said, standing to face Lily, "My apologies . . . My name is Eadoin . . . I'm from, ah, Denduron."
He stood tall though shyly and gave Lily a small smile.
Ilandere looked to Devon curiously.
"Erm . . . yes, I am Rokador." Her voice was tired and weak but audiable enough, "The Batu people are a much darker skinned people. By your question I assume you are familiar with Zadaa, are you not?"

"It's okay. I'm Lily, as you've probably figured out by now. This is my apartment. Um... I'll get food started. Since Artemis ate my McDonalds... and I still want some, I'll give you all a taste of the most popular and oldest food on still eaten on Third Earth, the cheeseburger. Artemis, you ate mine, you're helping me make more." Lily made her way through the small crowd of people to her oven, which she pulled out from under the cupboard. "Nice and compact, compared to those chunky things you guys had." It was about twice the size of a toaster, with its own batteries. It was very lightweight.
((Lol. They still have Mac and Dons Choke and Puke 3000 years in the future!))

"Of course I am familiar wit the set up of Zadaa. By the looks of it you are a Tiggen Guard. One of the elite. I myself have trained with the Tiggens for a year of so...five years ago. I left because I missed using my brain. No offense."
Devon settled into a chair comfortably, looking an Ilandere. He glanced over to Charade and did a double take. I have never seen anyone so beautiful in my life. But how is this? She's even more beautiful than the fantasies of some of the women I ran. He smiled faintly and tried to take his mind off of her by thinking of how to help improve the situation, but had no idea what to make of it. Yet his thoughts kept returning to her.Stop this Devon. Keep your head on the task.
