Im new in this guild, but I play trombone. Only one instrument, I know, but I've been playing it for 3 and half years. Does that make up for it?

I play Trombone. I did play Sousa/Tuba for Marching Band before I quit. I can play Baritone too but the fingerings for me are hard to memorize. So I stick to slide positions. There's only seven to know! Haha.

Stormbird_Rising I play two... trombone and baritone, though I'm infinitely better at trombone than at baritone! I only took baritone lessons for about a week, just for fun so I could learn another instrument. Same with me, just vis-versa... ive played the baritone for almost 6 years, and the trombone for about2 or 3 months. I also play concert tuba, but im not very good.

And I also play marching baritone, bass trombone. And tuba if I feel like it. I got to play in the Montreux, Jazz A Juan, and Vienne Jazz festivals over the summer with my jazz band too.

I own two, and sometimes borrow a school Bb.

I play trombone. Let's see, I started out as the only one in my band but then I changed schools and I was one of seven! They all quit in 7th grade and it's only me and a freshmen. Both girls! Woot! biggrin The only other 'original' trombone now only plays it for Pep band. I wanted to play another low brass instrument but so far I haven't decided. I'm thinking baritone or tuba...
TROMBONES RULE!
Go Trombonies go!

Trombones have to be my favourite lower brass instrument, followed by eupho, the tuba.
