No he’s more of a watered down king from one punch man,no lasers or swinging around,that a yes to Mcswingy?

I mean, it'd just be a simple case of "Their semblance makes rope-like energy that can be hardened, sharpened, and expertly manipulated." It's one ability really. XD So I guess, lol. Just make it and see what Weeamoo says.
