"Remiel or Ramiel is one of the archangels of the Judaic and Islamic traditions. His name is Hebrew for "Mercy of God."
Remiel is the angel of hope, and he is credited with two tasks: he is responsible for divine visions, and he guides the souls of the faithful into Heaven. He is called Jeremiel or Uriel in various translations of IV Esdras, and is described as "one of the holy angels whom God has set over those who rise" from the dead.
He is said to have been the archangel responsible for the destruction of the armies of Sennacherib, as well as being the bearer of the instructions of the seven archangels."
I've always really liked Remiel. I read somewhere a long time ago that he was one of the like, 'lesser talked about' Archangels, and that somehow struck a chord with me. But, I was just posting this so everyone knew what his name was and such ^^
It's from wikipedia, by the way. What a wonderful site <3!

I have a great deal of respect for Wikipedia ...but sometimes their information is a bit ...not true. sweatdrop I was made to look like an idiot for using something I read from the site once; so now I double check my research with a few online databases before completely giving in to the information provided by generic users who could type anything they please.
To update, I ended up having to go back to the infirmary because my hand began to swell. I ended up hitting the bone with that knife I was talking about --so it's hurt a lot worse than the nurse thought. I have a hairline fracture just below the knuckle of my right index finger, but on the inside of my palm. It hurts like a barbed wire bras (don't ask), and typing is difficult. I'm glad I'm lefthanded (trigger finger'n all).
