Randy wanted to get away, but the Giant would not let him escape. Instead, Big Show looked to grab Randy by the top of his head

Randy tried to knee Show in the ribs when grabbed by him.

The knee connected, but it didn't shake the Giant completely. Big Show looked to nutralize Randy with a big Headbutt, trying to keep him in his grasp

 Big Show looked to shake things up by first ducking the headbutt attempt and once Show turned towards his direction went with a surprise RKO, getting the crowd going, and possibly his first elimination if connected. Especially since Show had been previously punted.

Orton's failed RKO attempt was the reason he was sent driving into a corner as he went back-first.
