"O-okay, Minty. You be careful, please? Hey Luck, could you help me with the barricade?" Starts moving things with her help. Slowly opening the door, she peeks out. "Okay, who is coming in?" (Daenes, she'll just be happy to see you, gore or not.)

The dragon slowly wakes up from wherever he had fallen asleep again. He looks around groggily, uncertain as to what's going on.

-Here ears twitched as she listened to Minty through the door too. Then she heard Xashowd knock-
We're comin'
-She had seen Gypsy rubbing her arms earlier, so she did what she could to help her remove the barricade from the door-

Monster noticed Cae waking up too and walked over to her. "Mornin', Cae. You're looking fluffier than usual~" He smirked, he couldn't pass up a joke. After what they'd been through Cae's knives suddenly seemed tame in comparison.

Volt sniffled and clenched her fist. "BECAUSE SHE'S A BRAVE, TRUE FRIEND!" she exclaimed emotionally, hoping Minty was doing okay outside. Soon enough, the word came through the door. It seemed everything was fine it seemed, and Volt let out a relieved sigh.

"What does that mean?" she asked, in equal parts confusion and annoyance. She hadn't noticed the cure's side effects at all through her pain and weakness, and nobody had really mentioned it to her face until now.

Big Brother Stanley After wandering for a while he approached Minty and tapped her on the shoulder and holds up a paper that reads, "What's going on, why are there Grunnies everywhere?"
"Can I he--Gnah!" She yelped, before noticing the paper, "Sorry, didn't expect someone headless... We had a bit of a grunny problem, they've over run the guild and are turning folks into flesh-eating grombies."
Could he even hear her without ears?

Monster blinked as Cae didn't seem to notice her anthro conundrum, and in response he smiled slyly, reached over to one of her cat ears and flicked it lightly.

After several more moments of hesitation, the elf finally starts walking towards the safe room. Though redirects herself to stand behind Minty as she talks to the headless guy.

Minty Andee Big Brother Stanley After wandering for a while he approached Minty and tapped her on the shoulder and holds up a paper that reads, "What's going on, why are there Grunnies everywhere?"

Could he even hear her without ears?He pulls out another piece of paper and writes something down before handing it to her, "Sorry to scare you my name is Stanley. Sorry to have to communicate this way, It's easier when I have my skull. Cree should have it."

The touch just added to Cae's confusion, and she reached up to feel whatever it was on her head. Her hands met a pair of soft, fuzzy shapes, and her experience with felines led Cae to know instantly what it was she was feeling.
Oh no. A look of abject horror crossed her face as she realized how silly she must look. "I don't know!" she snapped at Cree. "I want them off, now!"

Xashowd waited as he heard the barricade being removed. He noticed movement out of the corner of his eye and saw a headless man near Minty. He started getting worried until he saw the man holding up note cards. They were just talking, it seemed, so Xashowd payed it no further mind. He smelled something odd for a second...brimstone, maybe? He couldn't tell, considering the scent of Grunny guts was strong out here at the moment.

"Cree? Oh! You must be Stanley. Cree's inside the safe house. Hang on, I'll see if I can get them to open the door for you." Minty turned around and ended up face-to-face with Daenes, "Gah! Daenes! When did you get here?"

Volt held a fist under her chin in thought, studying the odd manifestation on Caedere's head. She'd heard Batty mention something about the cure's side effect, but she didn't really have time to think it through when it happened. "Oh my...how strangely adorable." she commented, mostly to herself.
