  Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game The shot had missed but Ronyo understood the likelihood of a bludger coming into contact with a fast moving seeker was slim, but the orb had come close, hopefully close enough for Sam to have heard and seen it. Now Ronyo was in free fall as he came from the sky and hurtled towards the pitch. He had not kicked his broom into gear yet as he allowed himself to build up close to his terminal velocity and then nudged his broom to add its own speed. The hurtling meteor that was Ronyo Storm streaked in just past his own teams goal in view of the oncoming chaser Remy and then pulled as hard as possible to bring his brooms designed strength in to its true test. The turn was harsh and brutal as Ronyo felt the additional g-force being applied to his body from the massive change in direction and motion. The end twigs of the Slytherin captain's broom slapped the grass as Ronyo still hurtled onwards at high speeds. the Turn had cut his speed dramatically but he was still moving faster than normal. The grass was being whipped up behind him and spiraled into his wake as he pulled hard again and skidded up along the stands and right past several Gryffindor fans with enough space to all but reach out and touch one of them. As the boy came back up and his speed continued to fall off he saw the bludger fired at Sam just now making its way back to earth and Ronyo raised his bat and made such a collision with the bludger he felt the vibration travel up his arm and into his shoulder. The crack almost sounded like thunder as it hurtled in towards Remy. Life: 1, 2, 3

Sometimes you need to step back..... Once again, Vanessa's steal attempt was dodged. It seemed that both girls were on the same level when it came to dodging steals. But the game had only just started there was plenty of time for the slytherins to show bear their fangs and take the lead, just if she could succeed in a steal just once could make the difference. The blonde sighed, she really needed to stop putting so much pressure on herself in the games. Perhaps that was why she was off her timing, the first game had gone well with steals but since then all the chasers had been tapering off. But they had worked on this kind of stuff in practices, the fifth year knew she could hold her own in any case. Urging her broom forward in one last attempt before Remy made the goal, Vanessa stretched out to get the quaffle. ....in order to see it all. ---❤--- ---❤--- ---❤---

Weaving high in the skies, she dove into her hunt like the solitary serpent, serpentines swoops up above the playing field as her eyes ravaged, up and down, east and west. The suns glare nearly caught her eyes on fire as she turned swiftly and glanced down at the game below her, but before any distinctions could be made, she forced herself on again for her prey, the glittering gold and revered orb, the snitch.

She pursed her lip and bit her tongue as she narrowed her lithe body against the wood of her polished broom and sped across the field with fierce determination. Pale green misted eyes roamed all around, hardly taking account of the maddened bludgers tearing the field apart.

Annabelle zigzagged up and around the field, avoiding the other players in the game as she widened her eyes and cast a curious glance up above her and then down below her, still, no snitch. Eventually, she made it a point to veer her gaze behind her in the ironic hope that it might be right behind her.

Belle flew at high velocity, tearing the open skies apart to try and find the snitch. She whirled around and veered left, then curving right, using every vantage point to her disposal. With a quick glance to the opposing seeker, Belle grit her teeth and flew, hoping to end this here and now.

Sometimes you need to step back..... Vanessa frowned as Gryffindor got a score and Jasmine had been no where near the ball. It was the most important game of the season, and the last, but most of the slytherin team seemed to either be having bad luck or just were out of it. She sighed, looks like she'd have to double her attempts and make it harder on the chasers to steal and score. She grasped the quaffle close to her once she caught it. Her eyes darted to see if she had any help coming her way.
