Sooo...I've been spying on other guilds, and I've been looking at some useful ideas they have.
1.) A thread on the main page for absences. This way we could be sure why people are gone. There are some from last term who haven't posted at all, and it makes me wonder if they are too busy, or if they left on purpose.
2.) Making the requirements for joining include weighing in how often the person is online.
3.) Start making the guild be more of a semi-literate to literate.
4.) Provide a quiz to sort them once they are in the guild? This might help the difference between Hufflepuff and the rest of the houses. I feel bad for them, because I know I would get frustrated if I knew I didn't have a shot in winning the House Cup. What would the point be?
All of this is debatable. I just thought it might help things run smoother and make us be more active. I thought the guild was dying for a moment there! D:

D: 1) sometimes, most of the time, people don't tell me =[ 2) even if they are online a lot, which they tell me they are, they don't always post =/ 3) trying on that haha but loads of people are very..illiterateXD 4) good idea, sometimes i talk to the people before they enter and i can kinda tell by their either nasty attitude or something, but yeah i like this smile thanks for all the ideas liv, i really do like them, i just know that not everyone would go along with it because some people who just randomly leave wouldnt do this stuff, like tell me when they're gonna be offline for a while
